Grill Burns is the show host of the Grill Channel and a supporting character in the On the Hill series. He is strongly implied to be homosexual and in a budding romantic relationship with Chill, though he avoids labels and simply refers to Chill as "my boy." Grill is one of Brew's roommates and assists with Brew's channel. Known for his active Twitter presence, he frequently engages with fans and runs a shop.

== Appearance == Grill has spiky, light blonde hair styled in a pixie cut and thick, arched eyebrows. His green eyes, muscular build, and skinny legs are complemented by a chest covered in tattoos, including Chill's name with a heart, a realistic Ryan Reynolds face, the words "Beyond" and "Yeet," and his cat Loaf's face. He often sports beard stubble and has a scar on his left arm. His outfits range from a cinnabar red sweater with a blood-red fanny pack to a dark red headband with olive green cargo pants. As a child, he had a bowl cut and overalls, and he went through a goth/emo phase in high school with blue-tipped hair and a lip ring.

== Personality == Grill is a classic tsundere, masking affection with aggression. Loud, opinionated, and easily grossed out, he has a chaotic temper but works to control it with Chill's help. He reacts impulsively with rage but can be considerate of others' feelings. A hypocrite at times, he criticizes Brew's coffee addiction while downing cans of YEET daily. Grill is antiauthoritarian, dislikes being told what to do, and enjoys pyrotechnics, video games, and trolling. He loves cats, Ryan Reynolds, and cooking but hates animal abusers, vaping, and puns. Despite his gruff exterior, he craves companionship but denies it vehemently.
