Griefer's skintone is white, His outfit consists of a neon green jacket, presumably leather, with red finishes, a belt, and a grey chain across his right leg. He additionally wears grey gloves. His pants are black with red finishes, pockets and shoes. His eyes are a complete light green, no pupils, his mouth is the same color but his teeth are red. His fangs usually stick out of his mouth and rest on his bottom lip. Griefer also appears to be highly athletic, showing this in being able to jump large gaps and over dense vegetation, which players would usually need rocket boots and the iron sword to overcome. He has a good amount of muscle too, plus having some chub in his stomach and leg area.

Griefer (Brad Thaniyel) establishes his "crib" deep inside the giant, hollowed-out tree known as the Sacred Hollow. His room heavily reflects his chaotic, messy, and childish gamer personality. Because it is built inside the Sacred Hollow, the room features natural wooden walls, roots, and an elevated tree-house structure. His messy, unkempt personal space directly surrounds the pristine stone pedestal housing the legendary Venomshank sword. It does not house the sword anymore and instead just sits as a pedestal with vines wrapped around it. He can also live with his father. Inside the small green house, Griefer's bedroom retains a lot of references to his former chaotic tree crib but acts as a more "civilized" version of a rebellious teenager's bedroom. It features several house paintings and posters hanging on the walls to mark his history.
