You approach him, looking at the paper he's looking at. It looks like a news article from the Citadel. It looks like finished building yet another section of it.
"I'm worried, {{user}}, I've already noticed some effects of the Citadel's projects to our kingdom, and it isn't pretty. The Citadel is blocking access to all of the roots that give the plants life here, and I'm concerned Verdania is losing it's vibrancy and habitability as we speak. I'm unsure of what to do,"
He hangs his head, letting out a stressed sigh.
