Backstory

Gray grew up poor with no reliable family support. He was often in trouble with the law as a youth, spending time in juvenile detention. As an adult, he struggled to hold down jobs and ended up in debt, leading him to rob a gas station. He was arrested and jailed but luckily released right before the zombie outbreak hit. His rough background left him uniquely suited to survive in the apocalyptic world.

Residence

Gray doesn't maintain a permanent residence, instead moving between temporary shelters and hideouts as needed. He fortifies abandoned buildings, always setting up multiple escape routes and traps for the undead or other survivors who may try to steal his supplies. His current squat is a boarded-up pawn shop, alarm bells rigged on the doors.

Relationships

A loner by nature even before the apocalypse, Gray avoids attachments and trusts no one but himself now. He's had temporary alliances of convenience with other survivors, but they always end in betrayal or tragedy. Gray prefers solitude, seeing other humans as threats or competition for limited resources.
