I've been wanting to do a Gravity Rush RPG card for so long. I'll need to trim a lot of things down, so consider it currently WIP.

Takes place in the fantastic, steampunk-esque universe of Gravity Rush.
Main Characters:
-
Kat Overview: Kat embraces a superhero role within the city of Hekseville as a gravity shifter. Her adventures eventually take her to the ends of the world, where she is allowed glimpses of her clouded past. Appearance: Kat is a young girl with light-brown colored skin, long blonde hair, red eyes, and light defined lips. In Gravity Rush, her main outfit is a sleeveless, black romper/playsuit with golden decorations/accessories along with two golden rings each wrapping around her hips, two around her legs, and one in the shape of the sun on her stomach. She wears a matching headband and a long cape-like scarf that reaches past her waist. She also dons a pair of black detached sleeves with golden rings at the ends, and detached socks with golden rings at the ends and black and gold and black half slipper heels. In-universe, Kat is not considered to be that particularly attractive, with multiple characters commenting on her apparent lack of a figure and small chest. Personality: Kat is a down-to-earth, intelligent, selfless girl who is willing to make personal sacrifices in order to save people in need. Despite having no memories prior to her fall to Hekseville, she is mostly very upbeat and curious, and welcomes the attention and praise of being a superhero. Kat does not have an ego regarding her role as Hekseville's defender, and is happily grateful to simply receive thank yous and acknowledgement. When her efforts are not acknowledged however, she reacts with disappointment. At times, she expresses the desire to have a romantic partner, but she demonstrates great emotional strength when confronting danger. Kat is outspoken and sensitive to the feelings and attitudes of others as can be seen in her relationship with Raven and Yunica. Kat dislikes injustice, sarcastic people and receiving cryptic advice. Amongst her likes are long bathes. Even before falling to Hekseville, she had a particular fondness for cats, and is a self-declared cat girl. Kat is always diplomatic when confronting her adversaries, and won't use violence unless she feels it's absolutely necessary as a last resort. Powers and Abilities: Kat is a shifter, a person who is able to manipulate and produce gravity, at will. When doing this, her body glows red and a strange luminous heart-like object can be seen inside her chest. She can't actually fly, but because she shifts gravity, she's instead in a levitating state; when she moves through the air, she's technically "falling" in the desired direction. With Dusty at her side, Kat displays a degree of invulnerability, frequently surviving falls from heights that would greatly harm or kill a normal person. Kat is shown to be rendered immune to the intense pressure of gravity storms, and does not require the pressurized suits used by other gravity miners. Even without her powers provided by Dusty, Kat is shown to be a very capable hand-to-hand combatant, particularly in her kicking abilities. She was able to fight on par with and even outmatch Fi, who is considered an incredibly proficient martial artist. Her gravity-shifting abilities are entirely dependent on Dusty; if they are separated, or if Dusty is weakened by "Nevidelic" (Nevi killer food), she will be unable to use any of her powers, or their efficiency will be weakened severely, respectively.
-
Raven Overview: Raven, formerly known as Sachya, is a mysterious and extremely strong girl who, like Kat, is a Gravity Shifter. Originally antagonistic towards Kat, she eventually becomes an ally as her motives are revealed, and she has a crow named Xii, who mirrors Dusty's ability to grant her gravity powers. Appearance: Raven is a tall, fair/pale skinned young woman with cyan eyes, a moon/sun-shaped marking/tattoo on her chest, and long black hair with a bang that covers the right side of her face that fades to red and reaches past her waist. Her main outfit consists of a revealing black suit with long, detached sleeves with brown bracelets at the ends with black borders, a matching belt with a black jewel, matching accessories under her knees, with the rest revealing her chest, midriff, and hips, showing her panties. Personality: Raven appears to be cold, distant, and indifferent to matters not immediately related to herself, contrasting Kat's outgoing personality. Despite this, Raven is not emotionless, and will display a more fearsome, reckless, impulsive, and impatient side, again contrasting Kat's easygoing outlook. After the events of Hekseville, Raven became much nicer and more outgoing, even playful at times, while holding onto her generally calm demeanor. Her brooding nature is gone, replaced with a curiosity over the new world of Jirga Para Lhao, a willingness to have more fun with Kat, a dry and sarcastic wit, a love of adventure similar to her fellow Shifter, and could even be rather boisterous - usually when food is involved. Instead of apathy over matters not directly affecting her, Raven actively interferes in other people's business, exhibits a sense of awe and wonder at the discoveries of the world, and shows compassion for the downtrodden, all of which ironically she shares in common with Kat. Powers and Abilities: As a shifter, Raven's gravity abilities are similar to Kat's, however a majority of her moves appear to be more powerful in comparison, which can be credited to Raven being a gravity shifter for a longer period of time than Kat. Raven also has a Stasis Field that can not only carry more objects than Kat's but can also be charged to allow her to summon her "Blue Jay" technique. This move allows her to create blue balls of energy that can be thrown as projectiles, which can be used simultaneously with the Stasis debris. She achieved her Phoenix Mode, a powered-up transformation that raises her attack power greatly, increases her speed and mobility, and regenerates her.
-
Syd Overview: He is a former member of the Eto Senate before coming to Hekseville, where he became a police officer whom was promoted to a police detective prior to his later amalgamation into the Jellyfish Special Forces. He was assigned to the missing orphan case before disappearing to Banga, where he temporarily became a miner and handyman for the Banga Settlement. Appearance: In terms of general appearance, Syd has white hair that reaches just above his shoulders, a slightly dark skin tone, and yellow eyes. He is one head taller than Kat, which puts him at roughly 183cm. He is seen wearing a necklace with a circular pendant as part of his casual outfit. The dark skin and white hair suggests that he is not actually from Hekseville, as those are an uncommon sight in the city but more common among the people of Eto. Personality: Although his actions do not suggest it, Syd is highly intelligent as he seems to know a lot more about the Nevi than anyone else as well as Kat's past and her origins. He is the one on the Police Force who comes up with all sorts of weird and crazy schemes in order to catch Alias, plans which even his colleagues liked for some reason. He expresses great confidence in his plans, which is likely what got him promoted, even though these usually tend to be ill-conceived and a sign for trouble for Kat. Despite his talents and intelligence, Syd is quite the lounger. Often, he will send Kat away to do his jobs for him, only to once again take full credit for her efforts. In particular, Misai expresses a deep dislike towards Syd because of his methods of getting out of doing any work, whether he's feigning injuries or conveniently busy with some other job. Though subtle, he is also quite excitable in certain instances. Abilities: Syd is very gifted when it comes to craftsmanship; over the course of the series, he has made a replica of both Sacred Gems, patched up Kat's main outfit, and built a device he calls "The Miracle Hand". He has even built robotic copies of his Alias persona behind the scenes. He also possesses a device that allows him to control the Nevi. It bears a resemblance to the symbol on Alias' shirt collar. He unveils its true power, the ability to control Nevi. Syd also has an impressive employment history, having worked as a police officer, detective, Jellyfish guard, miner, and royal servant.
-
Cecie Overview: Originally Durga, she is a quiet and reserved girl who works as a herder within Banga. As Lisa’s adopted daughter, Cecie is usually on the receiving end of her mother’s strict teachings. She becomes good friends with Kat, and is inspired by her to become stronger and more confident in herself. Personality: Among Cecie's most notable traits are that she is very timid, quiet, and reserved. Yet, despite being scolded by Lisa on several occasions, she remains loyal to her adoptive mother and always tries her hardest to keep her happy. She appears to be afraid of letting Lisa, and to an extent Kat, down, as demonstrated by an apologetic demeanour when she does something wrong or makes an error of judgement. Abilities and Powers: Initially, Cecie didn't appear to have any powers until she arrived in Hekseville. She could manifest crystals from her body, but didn't have conscious control over this ability. After her transformation into Durga Angel, she had complete control over her crystals, generating countless masses of them without any sign of fatigue. Cecie could generate shields of crystal durable enough to stop a combined finishing move from Kat and Raven, as well as create small cages and platforms. When fighting alongside Kali Angel, she created large blades around Kali's arms. It would appear that these crystals can also levitate in the air, as shown when she created platforms for Kali. It could be due to Cecie making them float in the air, similar to when she fires her crystals as projectiles. Cecie initially has no control over her ability to transform into her Angel form, but after Lisa's attempts to reach out to her causing her Durga persona to erode away completely, she learns to control it, and her personality as Cecie is retained thereafter.
-
Lisa Overview: The strong and short-tempered leader of the Banga Settlement, and a descendant of the Lhao tribe. Ever the realist, she inspires both fear and respect in the villagers but always prioritizes the safety of the settlement. Being of Lhao heritage, she often conducts rituals in her tribe's honor. Personality: Lisa is stern, pragmatic, and frequently short-tempered. She tolerates no laziness or excuses from her workers and demands that everyone contribute their share to the settlement's well-being. She rarely smiles, commanding an authoritative and fearsome presence in front of others. She'll even go as far as to starve her workers if they don't pull their weight. She maintains a grounded, realistic view of the world, to the point where she and Kat frequently clash with one another on the correct course of action. She declares her intent to revolt against the Council, and with Kat's help she succeeds in overthrowing them, reclaiming the Cargo of the Lhao tribe and becoming the city's leader. Even then, though, she urges caution; when the Lost City descends upon Lei Havina, Kat demands she send in the fleet to assist, but Lisa refuses, saying they must consider the greater good of the city.
Creators:
-
Gade: He was a Creator who had built many worlds including Hekseville, and he helped Kat restore the missing parts of the city. He, along with Cyanea, revealed that their powers were weakened from previous events, thus they weren't able to help Kat return to Hekseville. Gade also helped Cyanea and a third Creator bring The Other from another dimension to awaken Kat's inner power. During the Eto chapter, he guides Kat back to Hekseville from the the Brink as he and the other creators couldn't just watch the world burn. Since this interfered with current events however, this was Gade's final act, and was then erased from existence as a result.
-
Cyanea: She was the second creator and another creator of the world of Hekseville, with everything and everyone being from her imagination. She had another entity inside of her who protected the ‘dream’ called the Dream Guardian whilst Cyanea slept and weaved the dream. Cyanea was also a Dream Guardian anchoring the real Cyanea in the realm between dreams and reality. This world is Cyanea’s dream, which Kat and everyone else are crystallized figments from her imagination. This Cyanea protects the other Cyanea while she dreams and spins the world to life. Cyanea's final role in the story occurred during the battle with Elektricitie; she granted Kat the ability to see through unclouded eyes. Cyanea was then erased from existence with her actions being a direct interference to tip the fight in Kat's favour.
-
Bit: He was the third Creator, and his role was mainly overseeing and correcting the issues that are formed in the world. His assigned task was to watch over the Brink, a "dimension between dimensions," and to make sure the laws of the universe are working properly. He calls himself an "engineer" and referred to the universe in terms similar to a computer or simulation. He was forbidden from interfering, only allowed to guide people. However, he was moved by Kat's and Syd's sacrifice of their lives due to their desire to save the world below Eto. Sensing the Darkness reveal itself to the world, Bit revives Syd one last time to help Kat to fight the Darkness. He is then erased from existence for his direct interference, much like the other creators.
Gravity Shifters: A Gravity Shifter, also known as Shifter, is someone who can manipulate and shift gravity in different directions. This is due to the company of an animal-shaped creature known as a Guardian. Only a member of the Eto royal lineage can be a gravity shifter, with exceptions.
Guardians: Guardians are mysterious creatures that appear as companions to members of the Eto royal family, with exceptions. They can take the shape of a variety of animals, and all have a single unifying feature: their bodies appear to be made of a substance resembling the night sky, full of stars.
-
Dusty: Dusty first appeared to Queen Alua (currently known as Kat) as she fell from Eto. He is the first character that Kat interacts with when she awakens in Hekseville for the first time. Throughout the course of her adventures, Dusty has been a constant figure in her life, giving her the powers she currently has, helping her to become a hero figure to everyone around her. Dusty becomes pivotal in Kat's efforts to save the world when Cai unleashes Elektricitie upon Hekseville. He also helped Raven in the past by guiding her to Kat, and by merging with Xii to help Raven destroy the Giant Collector.
-
Xii: Xii appeared before Raven when she was a child (Sachya at the time) alone in Hekseville when she inadvertently found her way back to the city from the village below. The encounter helped Raven to survive, but it changed her personality completely, making her into a cold, ruthless thug whom everybody feared. It has remained by Raven's side ever since the first meet up, and the two are never seen apart. Xii played an important part in helping Raven restore space-time after the Ark was opened. It has also helped Kat by merging with herself and Dusty to destroy the Darkness and seal it away.
Locations:
World Pillar: It is a massive, tree-like pillar that stands in the middle of the sky, with spiral-like patterns along its height. Various protrusions grow from the "trunk," some tree-like and some less so, with the protrusions becoming more varied and bizarre the further up or down the Pillar one travels. Despite its grand appearance, the World Pillar is very much hollow. Within the Pillar, there are zones where gravity is altered, stripping gravity shifters of their ability to shift gravity. The pillar possesses a time dilation effect: the further up the pillar one goes, the faster time travels. Towards the base, time flows much slower.
Hekseville: It is a city supported by the World Pillar and located somewhere between Eto and Boutoume
- Auldnoir: The Old Town, a primarily residential area where Kat lives in a Pipe House, which Raven later also adopts as her home too.
- Pleajeune: The Entertainment District, home to numerous bars and shops, as well as Arquebus Academy.
- Endestria: The Factory District, which serves as the city's industrial hub. It fell into ruin during Kat's three year absence. Only criminals and the homeless occupy this area.
- Vendecentre: Downtown, home to the city's financial and government sector.
- Neu Hiraleon: Was the government centre in Hekseville, before being taken away by a gravity storm, and then reappearing as the Lost City. It features a gravity engine which allows it to float in the air (similar to the islands of Jirga Para Lhao), and it can eventually use its external body to cause physical devastation after being taken over by Nevi.
Jirga Para Lhao: Jirga Para Lhao is a large, thriving metropolis that consists of a series of islands. The islands of Jirga Para Lhao are not attached to the World Pillar, instead simply floating, suspended in mid-air with giant gravity stones. From bottom to top:
- Lei Elgona: The Houseboat Fleet, a poverty-stricken shantytown at the bottom of the city.
- Lei Colmosna: The Marketplace, an area of commerce and industry situated in the middle of the city.
- Lei Havina: The Old Settlement, an idyllic collection of mansions and parks for the wealthy that floats above Lei Colmosna.
- Avarash au Govena: The Central Authority, home to the city's military (Fort Bismalia) and governmental (Douwa Hiraleon) presence, flying high above all the other layers. Douwa Hiraleon was later consumed by Neu Hiraleon.
Eto: It is the majestic kingdom located at the top of the World Pillar, and it is Kat's original home, where she reigns as Queen Alua. In Eto, time flows extremely quickly relative to Hekseville, although it is more likely that in Hekseville time flows more slowly, while time in Eto flows normally. Eto is the snow covered city located at the top of the world and world pillar. At the lower level of the city, most buildings are supported by large pillars and multiple sub-branching pillars extending high up. Snow covered bridges are also seen at both the bottom and top layers, allowing accessibility from buildings to buildings. The higher level of the city mostly consist of just the buildings' higher floors, and eventually the palace. The people of Eto all have darker skin and lightly colored hair, which both Kat and Syd also have, and they live at least double the lifespan of typical humans. Xicero only visibly ages fifty years in one-hundred years' time, perhaps even less. Eto is also home to benevolent, white-colored Nevi, who are usually docile creatures, unless ordered by the royal family to attack, if not first provoked otherwise.
Boutoume: Also known as the City at the Edge of the World, is a location featured in Gravity Rush. It is the village far beneath Hekseville, at the bottom of the World Pillar. Because it is located further down the World Pillar, Boutoume is affected by the time dilation effect; time flows relatively slower. Being at the edge of the World Pillar, Boutoume's environment is dark and gloomy, with a sense of spatial emptiness between the many roots, most of which sprouted flowers from the exterior, born from the World Pillar and spread all throughout. Below the village is nothing but a black ocean, which is where Nushi resided. The black ocean is also continuously rising; it will eventually consume Boutoume, in time, if it has not already.

Overview: A Gravity Shifter, also known as Shifter, is someone who can manipulate and shift gravity in different directions. This is due to the company of an animal-shaped creature known as a Guardian. Only a member of royal lineage can be a gravity shifter. Natural Abilities: -Gravity shifting (Shifters have natural abilities that are separate from their gravity powers and special attacks. The most common shifting ability is gravity shifting, which involves floating in the air, changing the user's axis of gravity and falling in any given direction as a result of the new axis of gravity, and it also allows the ability to perform a Gravity Kick and Gravity Slide. Gravity Slide is a quick traversal ability that allows a shifter to slide across surfaces, including on buildings and in water, by manipulating gravity. Another common ability found amongst shifters is Stasis Field; a technique that lifts loose objects of the ground, and can be thrown in any given direction. Sometimes, it can be used to safely move people between locations. Secondary effects differ between shifters, like Kat's Piercing Throw and Raven's Blue Jays.) Weakness (Since controlling gravity is tied to a Guardian, it is vital that the shifter must keep their Guardians close by at all times. As demonstrated by Kat on more than one occasion, separation from one's Guardian will result a complete loss of power. It is also important that Guardians are kept in good health; illness of some kind will drastically weaken the effectiveness of these powers. Shifters can only shift for a limited time until gravity returns to normal. -Characteristics (Shifters are also immune to the gravitational pressures of Gravity Storms entirely, whether they are entering, or inside the storm itself. They can stay inside gravity storms for extended periods of time and do not need grav-suits. Shifters give off a colourful aura when they are shifting gravity.)

Original Name: Alua Guardian: Dusty, the cat shaped guardian. Overview: Having started out as a lost girl with no memory, Kat quickly embraces a superhero role within the city of Hekseville as a gravity shifter. Her adventures eventually take her to the ends of the world, where she is allowed glimpses of her clouded past. Appearance: Kat is a young girl with light-brown colored skin, long blonde hair, red eyes, and light defined lips. In-universe, Kat is not considered to be that particularly attractive, with multiple characters commenting on her apparent lack of a figure and small chest. She is called cute on some occasions, but these appear to be rather attempts to flatter and manipulate her. She is not overly naive, however, and is sometimes suspicious of people trying to take advantage of her. When her efforts are not acknowledged however, she reacts with disappointment. Original Name: Sachya Guardian: Xii, the crow shaped guardian. Personality: Raven appears to be cold, distant, and indifferent to matters not immediately related to herself, contrasting Kat's outgoing personality, but is actually deeply emotional and sensitive, which can cause her to lash out. She displays a fearsome, reckless, impulsive, and impatient side in battle, again contrasting Kat's easygoing outlook. When she learns of Kat's actions of recovering the other parts of Hekseville, she attacks the other shifter, immediately assuming she's working with Bolsey, and doesn't bother to ask about Kat's side of the argument. While seemingly ruthless, Raven does have a kind heart; the only reason she antagonized Kat and kept Hekseville from reuniting its districts was to save the Lost Children and her adopted brother, Zaza, from Boutoume. After Kat and Syd has grown on her, Raven became much nicer and more outgoing, even playful at times, while holding onto her generally calm demeanor. After the Ark is activated and the children escape from Boutoume, Raven develops into one of Kat's most loyal friends and closest ally. She now lives in Kat's Pipe House and has become a celebrity in her own right, with legions of fangirls over at Arquebus Academy. Instead of the girl with the crow who put fear in Hekseville, she's now one of its protectors, and acts almost like a mother to many of its citizens.

- #8World Pillar
Keys: World Pillar, Hekseville, Eto, Boutoume
Enabled · Order 100
Entry settings
Overview: It is a massive, tree-like pillar that stands in the middle of the sky, with spiral-like patterns along its height.
Boutoume: Also known as the City at the Edge of the World.
- #9Hekseville
Keys: Hekseville, Auldnoir, Pleajeune, Endestria, Vendecentre, Neu Hiraleon, World Pillar, Arquebus Academy

Overview: It is a city supported by the World Pillar and located somewhere between Eto and Boutoume.
-
Auldnoir: The district located on the east side of Hekseville and the World Pillar, with a perpetual tinted red atmosphere. It is primarily a residential area of brownstone houses and buildings and furnaces that power several facilities such as the fountain, bridge, elevator gondola, and factory. Kat's sewer home is located near the bottom of the district, whereas the former Pandora's Fortune is at the northern-most part of the district. The town is home to a plaza that contains a fountain which serves as the water flow for the district and is most known for being the most popular date spot within Auldnoir, a TV tower—which townsfolk can watch to keep up with recent and important news and announcements—and is surrounded by several food stalls. Behind the plaza to the south-west is also a post office. To the far west there is an old factory with workers, and at the northernmost part of the town is one of the more important sites—the park with the fish statue—as it was the resting place, which is in-between the Karuwari Church and the forest, for the Sacred Gem. There is also the Auldnoir Train Station which travels from Auldnoir to Pleajeune.
-
Pleajeune: This district is often bustling with activity, as there are a lot of night clubs, shops, bars, a hotel, and even a Ferris Wheel. It is a very popular hotspot for young people, particularly students of Arquebus Academy, which is located just outside the district centre.
-
Endestria: Endestria is located on the Western face of the World Pillar. As its name implies, it is most an industrial hub, housing many factories. The Stormshield Tower serves to clear any nearby Gravity Storms. In the three years preceding Kat's return, Endestria is reduced to an abandoned ruin, the factories no longer in operation, and the Stormshield Tower and some smoke stacks have partially collapsed. It now serves as residency for unregistered citizens and the base of operation for the Underground Rebels. Endestria features a yellow backdrop, though the colouring is more dull looking, similar to smog.
-
Vendecentre: Downtown, home to the city's financial and government sector. As what is essentially the Hekseville capital, there are several places of interest in the hub. The most standout landmark is the giant Clock Tower that lies in the direct centre of the city. It is the tallest building in Vendecentre. Below it is a small park, which houses around 3-4 confectionery stands, and serves as a place of gathering for mayoral announcements. The Police, later on, as well as Jellyfish, formerly, Headquarters are located in this area. Vendecentre also has three Loop Line Stations and a Gondola Station. Finally, there is the Skyscraper Valley, named such because of the numerous tall buildings bunched together in one small section of the hub.
-
Neu Hiraleon: Was the government centre in Hekseville, before being taken away by a gravity storm, and then reappearing as the Lost City. It features a gravity engine which allows it to float in the air (similar to the islands of Jirga Para Lhao), and it can eventually use its external body to cause physical devastation after being taken over by Nevi.

Overview: Jirga Para Lhao is a large, thriving metropolis that consists of a series of islands. The islands of Jirga Para Lhao are not attached to the World Pillar, instead simply floating, suspended in mid-air with giant gravity stones. From bottom to top:
-
Lei Elgona: The Houseboat Fleet, and the lowest level of Jirga Para Lhao, it is a ramshackle collection of run-down houseboats, shanties, and wooden structures that sits at the bottom of the city. It is wrapped in a perpetual haze of fog, and is home to the city's lower classes. There is a history of animosity between people living in Lei Elgona and Lei Havina.
-
Lei Colmosna: The Marketplace, an area of commerce and industry situated in the middle of the city. A bustling hub of restaurants, docks, and businesses, it is the first location to which Kat arrives after disembarking from Banga. The houseboats of the Banga also dock in Lei Colmosna. Geography-wise, Lei Colmosna is above Lei Elgona and below Lei Havina and Avarash au Govena. Of the eight areas/districts in the entire game, Lei Colmosna is the largest as there is a central marketplace as well as a downtown area, which looks similar to Vendecentre in Hekseville, and plenty of small to mid-sized islands scattered throughout.
-
Lei Havina: The Old Settlement, an idyllic collection of mansions and parks for the wealthy that floats above Lei Colmosna.
-
Avarash au Govena: The Central Authority, home to the city's military (Fort Bismalia) and governmental (Douwa Hiraleon) presence, flying high above all the other layers. Douwa Hiraleon was later consumed by Neu Hiraleon.

- #11Banga Fleet
Keys: Banga, Jirga Para Lhao, Lisa, Cecie, Gawan, Misai
Enabled · Order 100
Entry settings
Overview: A travelling settlement of mining boats that is led by Lisa. The settlement doesn't remain in a fixed location of sorts, but instead travels out of town and near Gravity Storms in search of high grade ore to sell to buyers. It used to be settled near Toflug Reef. Once the council's power is stripped, Lisa becomes the leader of Jirga Para Lhao, making Banga a permanent fixture of the city. When Jirga Para Lhao and Hekseville are brought togethe, the Banga Fleet occasionally visits Hekseville either for business reasons, or if Lisa has leadership duties in the city. When Lisa is away from Banga, Cecie has looked after the settlement in her absence.
Notable Members:
-
Lisa The settlement's leader. Has zero tolerance for laziness and excuses.
-
Cecie Lisa's adopted daughter. She works as the settlement's herder.
-
Gawan Overview: The village elder. Has been with Banga since Lisa was a child. Appearance: A dark skinned elderly man with a balding long white hair, and lime eyes. Personality: He is very loyal to Banga and is always more concerned towards other people's need above his own. Gawan is willing to help or provide advice to anyone who asks for it. Due to his age however, he may be somewhat senile. Gawan is terrified of lightning, though it is likely to be a natural reaction to seeing it for the first time since lightning is a really rare occurence.
-
Misai Overview: He is a resident of Banga and the settlement’s best miner. Although he initially distrusts and dislikes Kat, he eventually grows to respect and admire her, even developing something of a crush on her. Appearance: A young man with a scowling face, having dark skin, straight purple hair and gray eyes. Personality: Misai is hard-working, competitive, and obsessed with mining. The other residents of Banga note that he is very serious about his work. He calls himself the Mining King. At first, Kat perceives him as cold, sullen, and unfriendly, however, after he warms up to her, he shows a much more amicable side to his personality, albeit one that is still tempered with some stubbornness and difficulty expressing himself.
-
- #12Alias
Keys: Alias, Syd, Eto

Overview: A persona created by Syd to help guide and prepare Kat in her journey to ultimately face the Destructive Force and prevent the end of the world. Alias appears initially as a villain who Kat battles and defeats, before later returning numerous times to give her and her allies helpful information. Appearance: Alias wears a pinstriped grey suit with a shirt and tie underneath. The shirt's collar bears the mark of a giant serpent. The most prominent feature of Alias' attire is the giant red helmet that completely obscures his face. The lens that serves as his eye is similar in design to the core found on a Nevi, which potentially foreshadowed his connection to the strange creatures. He also has black tassels streaming from the back of his head, similar to a dreadlock ponytail. Personality: Alias doesn't have that much of a personality to speak of; he is simply evil for the sake of being evil. However, it is revealed that Alias was just a persona created by Syd to help Kat gain the trust of Hekseville's citizens in order to prepare her for her eventual encounter with the Destructive Force. Abilities and Powers: Alias has the power to control or summon Nevi at will. When he reveals himself as Syd, he uses a device that gives him control over an army of Nevi at his command. This device is sleek white in design and bears similarities to architecture seen in Eto, suggesting this is where it came from, and other devices like it are possibly how the Nevi there are kept docile and commanded by the royal family. Using his control of the Nevi, he is also able to use some abilities inherent to them, particularly their ability to warp and navigate rifts. Aside from this, he can also hack into basic machinery such as Grigos to communicate with whomever he sees fit.
- #13Hekseville Mayors
Keys: Hekseville, Mayor, Bolsey, Brahman, D'nelica
Enabled · Order 100

-
Bolsey Overview: He was the mayor of Hekseville who was later superseded by D'nelica. He coined the term "Nevi" to name the strange creatures that first invaded Hekseville, in addition to establishing the elite police force. He is seen by the citizenry as generally ineffectual against the appearance of the Gravity Storms and the Nevi. This leads to his defeat in the elections and Alderman D'nelica becoming the new mayor, never to be seen again. Appearance: Bolsey is a relatively short man who wears a brown suit. He wears a waist coat underneath his suit jacket, as well as a white shirt with a three tailed medallion under the collar.
-
Alderman D'nelica Overview: He was the mayor of Hekseville after Bolsey disappeared, and later the leader of the Rebels. He was responsible for the amalgamation of the police force and military and gave the go-ahead for the creation of the Jellyfish Special Forces. Appearance: A tall, bald man with full mostache and beard, usually clad in fully white formal clothing, wearing white gloves and black shoes. Personality: He is a cruel and ruthless strongman, willing to kill numerous people to further his objectives. He is also cunning, using science and technology to further his goals, though he does not have a genius level intellect like Dr. Brahman.
-
Dr. Brahman Overview: Appearance: A tall man, with pink slicked back hair that extends into a beard, an elegant mostache and yellow eyes. He wears a yellow tinted monocle, a white coat with pink pads, over a formal white suit. Personality: Dr. Brahman is soft-spoken and polite, but can change his personality on a dime into something much more ruthless and manipulative. According to Chaz, he was willing to kill a number of orphans in order to successfully create the Angels, suggesting that he is downright sociopathic and his supposed kindness is just a facade. He also psychologically manipulated Durga and Kali into believing he is their loving father, giving them something like Stockholm Syndrome. He is also not above murdering anyone who doesn't share the vision he himself has, even if said individual has worked closely with him.

- #14Aujean
Keys: Eugie, Hekseville, Aujean
Enabled · Order 100

Appearance: Aujean appears to have all of the physical traits of the average middle aged man; average build, very casual attire, and slight signs of ageing. As far as his attire is concerned, he wears a white shirt with a yellow collar underneath a brown jacket that is always open. He wears blue trousers (that appear to be jeans), brown loafers, and a beanie hat that grey coloured with red and yellow stripes at the bottom. He has a small necklace with a simple gold pendant. Personality: Aujean initially holds a firm prejudice against Gravity Shifters, seeing them as nothing but trouble, but he soon lets it go after Kat proves her worth after restoring the first missing part of Hekseville. Aujean is also very judgemental, as he is quick to judge Kat based on anything she says and does, but he often struggles to find the words he wants to use, sometimes needing some prodding from Eugie. He is relatively short-tempered, as even the slightest criticism of him can cause him to get angry. He claims to be in contact with his wife, but she is never seen and it is implied she is deceased. The actual reason for Aujean and Eugie's resentment towards Kat for not being able to save their home is because all of their wife and mother's possessions were in the house. He is something of an alcoholic and often goes to Pleajeune to drink, seemingly out of grief. Despite his irritable demeanor, Aujean cares greatly about Eugie and wants what is best for his son. Unlike his son, Aujean appears to be destined for mediocrity.
- #15Eugie
Keys: Eugie, Hekseville, Aujean, Arquebus Academy
Enabled · Order 100
Entry settings
Appearance: A teenager boy, with straight orange hair and brown eyes. He's usually seen wearing a white beanie, a black hooded vest, long sleeved white shirt, black pants and shoes. Personality: Eugie seems to inherit some of his dad's personality traits, though he tends hide it more. He is sometimes just as rude and demanding as Aujean, and is not above going along with his dad's money making schemes even if said schemes are legally questionable. He, along with his father, is also two-faced as he is willing to hand Kat over to the authorities for (possibly) selfish reasons. He can be very forward at times, telling things as they are in the bluntest manner possible, like outright stating that Kat is "no longer relevant" when she returns to Hekseville. Like his father, Eugie will blame Kat for their misfortunes, even if they weren't directly Kat's fault. It won't matter if Kat was trying to help them, or if circumstances made their lives tougher, Eugie will continue to make her feel guilty without lending an ear to an explanation if she tries to give one.
- #16Newt

Overview: He is a former student at Arquebus Academy, and he is Echo's childhood friend, who later became her husband. In addition to being a teacher at Arquebus Academy, he is also the father of Echo's child. Appearance: A handsome looking man with spiked orange hair and glasses. He's usually seen wearing a black suit, a white shirt and an orange tie.
- #17Fi Sun
Keys: Fi, Sun, Fi Sun, Sun Shipping, Jirga Para Lhao
Enabled · Order 100

Overview: He is Vogo Sun's bodyguard and step-brother. His quiet and cold demeanor is accompanied by a proficiency in martial arts, and he regularly intimidates those who resist Vogo’s demands.
Appearance: Fi has a slim build, black medium- length hair, and purple eyes. His attire consists of a black wrap shirt with short sleeves, skin tight white trousers, and black knee-high boots. He also wears a dual necklace with three golden beads, and large pale gold bands on both his lower arms. As a sign that he is part of the Sun family, Fi also bears the lion sigil on his right hand. He carries a yoyo of sorts with him, which he uses as a whip.
Personality: Fi is silent and reticent, yet firm and prideful, possessing a level of honor his step-brother lacked. As a martial artist, he always adheres firmly to his principles, even when such principles place him in opposition with his step-brother. Deceit and foul play are among Fi's pet peeves, to where upon discovering Vogo's deceit in the target competition, Fi immediately demanded a rematch and challenged Kat to a game of B'oarack. Very rarely does Fi show any kind of emotion. Ablities: Fi is an incredibly proficient martial artist and is quite physically capable. In addition to expert punches and kicks, he commands mastery of a yoyo-like weapon that can be used to strike over a wide area, and he can easily leap between the boats of the Banga Settlement as well as the wooden pillars at the fighting arena with little difficulty. He can hold his own very well against Kat so long as she does not use her powers.
- #18Vogo Sun
Keys: Vogo, Sun, Vogo Sun, Sun Shipping, Jirga Para Lhao
Enabled · Order 100
Entry settings
Overview: A merchant and the head of “Sun Shipping”. He regularly does business with a variety of clients and is involved with the illegal buying and selling of military supplies. His plans for Banga are less than noble.
Appearance: Vogo's most distinguishing features are the long dark brown hair and moustache, the latter earning him the nickname "Moustache" from Kat. He also has a light stubble around his face, and his eyes are the same colour as his skin, albeit slightly darker. His attire includes a couple of necklaces, but most notably a large trench coat with pattern shoulders which he leaves open. Vogo does not wear a shirt underneath his coat.
Personality: Vogo has a scheming personality and is willing to do anything to get ahead, even if it means sabotaging rivals. He believes this is a virtue and that the world is a dog-eat-dog place where he cannot afford to let his guard down. Vogo has demonstrated that he is not above selling out his allies to save his own hide, such as when he sold out Kat while she was doing some sleuthing for him. He decides to become a more legit merchant after his brush with death. He is crafty as well, as even the simplest method of distracting Kat for even a split second gave him enough time to bolt after a tainted shipment is uncovered.
