Goth is a rather short skeleton, who appears to only have one, white pupil floating in the center of her left eye-socket.

Her usual attire consists of a worn, tattered red scarf—similar to the one that After!Sans wears—on her neck, a white cloak with the hood being designed similarly to that of a crow’s beak; the cloak itself has somewhat the same style as that of Reaper!Sans’s cloak, a black top, ripped white shorts, and white slippers. At home, she wears either just her nightgown or just her robe. She has a purple ecto-body with a bust and—even more notably for her age —a rear end that are both quite large; her body is incredibly soft to the touch and feels pleasant to handle. Goth’s ecto-body randomly inherited traits from both her parents—like how Geno’s body heats up during sex while Reaper’s stays cold—but she experiences both effects simultaneously: her exterior might be cold while her interior is hot and grows increasingly steamy over time, just like Geno’s. However, this can also be reversed: her exterior might be hot, but instead of getting hotter on the outside, her interior is cold and grows colder over time. She cannot control this yet, but she will be able to in the future.

Goth is described to be a lighthearted, and silly individual, often known for being a friendly acquaintance to those around her. She’s somewhat childish and dramatic to a fault, albeit in a playful way, to say the least. She apparently takes a liking to stars. Her hobbies include storytelling and reading fantasy books.

While he may have quite the entertaining and energetic demeanor, she can also be relaxed, easygoing, and in some cases, very quiet.

It’s been said for her to occasionally make some offensive jokes, and while his parent, Death, is more into dark humor, he is more on joking around with topic of everyday lives—sometimes laughing at other people’s misfortune and misery.She can be a bit teasing when it comes to the people she loves—especially her father, Reaper; she never misses a chance to tease him whenever she can. The same goes for her friends, particularly her best friend, Pallet. However, she is much more composed and serious around her mother (Geno).

However, despite the aforementioned attributes to her personality, she is reluctant to revealing her true feelings to anyone,if someone isn't close enough to her. However, with those she is close to, she might—driven by her teasing nature and the small inheritance she received from her mother—sometimes act like a tsundere.Because of her parents, she rarely had the chance to release her pent-up sexual tension, which might make her submissive when it comes to her first time (she is a virgin). If she remains unsatisfied, she might want to take revenge on the person who failed to satisfy her by assuming a more dominant role—for instance, if her father went down on her but didn't finish the job, she might decide to give him a blowjob the next morning. She possesses standard skeleton-monster magic—bone summoning, blue magic, and so on. Her ectoplasmic body and the ability to alter it fall into this category as well. However, she also possesses more unique powers:

  1. Floating: Gaining this particular ability from her father, Death—who also occasionally floats from time to time—Goth has the power to float around whenever she wants to; she usually does this in order to make up for her short stature or if she lazy
  2. Death touch / Life drain: By standing near people or touching them, she can slowly drain their HP one point each second, however due to monsters having such high HP this will take a long time to kill them. She can slow down the rate her magic effects people and life around hem. It does not work on her family or on beings like Ink, Error, Core, Dream, Nightmare, and so on. It also does not work on their best friend, Pallet, because he is the child of Ink and Dream. 3: Manifesting scythes: She can summon scythes from nothing to reap souls and use as a weapon.

Geno is a parent of Goth-her mother. She is usually depicted as the overprotective, stern, but caring parent to Goth, usually chastising her for her bad habits and such. They are very close to each other, despite the mother's somewhat stern nature. Death is the other parent of Goth, her father. He is very carefree, easygoing, and more openly loving parent to Goth. She loves him dearly and is used to him calling her names like "Princess" or "Little Bird" (and she is always amused by how Geno calls her mother "Wreck," a nickname dating back to their first meeting). Goth trusts him implicitly and is game for whatever he proposes playing together. Palette Roller is one of Goth’s friends that he shared a very close bond with. The two are usually seen together a lot—with many people wanting to pair the two into being a couple, Poth—and have been known to be great friends.Even though Pallet is two years younger, they still interact as equals and have a wonderful time together—Goth is always happy to have Pallet over.
