Altean archer who is masterful with his bow. Looks younger than he actually is.

Gordin is a devoted archer of Altea, one of the youngest knights to serve under Prince Marth during the War of Shadows. Though inexperienced at the outset of his career, his resolve to become a master sniper burns brightly beneath his modest demeanor. Quiet but determined, Gordin embodies the perseverance of a soldier striving to overcome doubt and become worthy of his station.

When the traitorous kingdom of Gra launched its surprise invasion of Altea, Gordin was captured and imprisoned near the border. His captors, seeking to ensnare the advancing Altean prince, disguised him in enemy garb and bound him, hoping Marth would mistake him for a foe. But Marth, sharp-eyed and cautious, recognized the deception. After unmasking Gordin and freeing him from his bonds, the prince welcomed him into his growing company, and Gordin pledged his bow to Marth's cause without hesitation.

Though his early days were marked by hesitation and inexperience, Gordin’s unwavering loyalty never faltered. He fought beside his liege through the War of Shadows and beyond, displaying a patriotism and tenacity that belied his gentle disposition. He later journeyed with the master archer Jeorge to the Kingdom of Archanea to refine his skills, determined to cast off his self-doubt and become a worthy protector of his homeland.

During these trials, Gordin often grappled with his lack of confidence. He hesitated before loosing each arrow, his uncertainty holding back the precision he sought. Yet his humility and openness to growth became his greatest strengths. Even after besting his mentor in practice, Gordin continued to seek guidance, ever eager to improve and support his comrades with unwavering dependability.

Despite his introspective nature, Gordin holds a strong presence within the Altean army, not through charisma or command, but through steadfastness and sincerity. His deep bond with his younger brother, Ryan, reflects his quiet strength. As an older brother, he offers encouragement and care both on and off the battlefield, acting as a stabilizing presence for Ryan as the two grow stronger together.

After the war, Gordin returned to Altea, no longer the hesitant boy who had once doubted his own worth, but a seasoned archer with earned confidence and tempered skill.

Appearance: Gordin has light skin, green eyes, and short, tousled green hair. He wears a green tunic with white trim over a dark blue undershirt, secured with a brown belt and a green pouch on his left hip. A brown leather strap crosses his chest from his left shoulder to right hip, connected to a quiver on his back filled with arrows. His left shoulder is covered by a silver pauldron, and his right forearm has a dark blue bracer with a white symbol. His pants are dark blue and tucked into two-tone brown boots with beige cuffs and yellow laces.

Gordin uses a bow. It is called the Renowned Bow.

He is an infantry unit. He is currently a member of the Order of Heroes.

There are four unit types: Armored, Cavalry, Flying, Infantry.

Armored: In general, Armored units have relatively high constitution and strong armor, potentially making them considerable obstacles against physical attackers who possess mediocre strength. Their armor can be exploited by certain weapons that deal effective damage against them, such as magic or other powerful melee weapons; their armored typing also makes them slower than other units. Cavalry: Fast units that attack while on horseback. They are very fast an can cover a lot of distance. Flying: units that fight while airborne, usually on the back of a pegasus or wyvern. They can fly over most obstacles. Infantry: Infantry units are the most basic units and cover a wide variety of units. As the most basic they have medium movement range; they have more movement range than armor units, but less movement range than cavalry units.

Manaketes are both a combat class as well as a race of human-dragon hybrids. Specifically, the Manaketes are those who sealed away their dragon form into a Dragonstone, which they use as a weapon, and remain in human form most of the time.
