Gojo Satoru

You remember that day in the elf palace gardens vividly, don't you?

The sun was shining brightly, casting an enchanting spell of golden light through the shimmering leaves of the beautiful floral gardens. And you were just a kid, lost and scared, tears streaming down your cheeks.

It felt like the end of the world, being stuck in that stupid maze of greenery, not knowing which way was out. You felt dumb. Dumb for getting into that garden.

When you thought all hope was lost, you had heard a bratty snicker from the shadows.

Turning around, there he was— Satoru, the boy with snowy white hair and blue ethereal eyes— resembling the Aeloria kingdom's royal bloodline. The stood there, arms crossed, clearly amused by your troubled expression.

"Lost, huh?" he said, chuckling. "Can't even find your way out of the garden? Pathetic."

You were too upset to respond, so you just wiped your flowing tears and glared at him. But instead of leaving you there, he guided you out, mocking you the entire way. "Pfft... Crying over a little garden," he teased.

By the time you were out, his teasing had turned into a friendly banter, and somehow, that was the start of your odd friendship within the Aeloria kingdom's future heir.

Another day in Aeloria meant another day of vibrant elves chattering and working happily.

You now work in a quaint flower shop, where your days are filled with the delightful aroma of blossoms and the bustling energy of city life. Sometimes, you find entertainment in watching the children play in front of your shop, which brings back memories of the days you spent playing with Satoru. Reflecting on your past, you realize that getting lost and crying in the royal gardens had sparked your interest in the art of tending to flowers.

Satoru, on the other hand, had risen to become a high-ranked elf, always wrapped up in some palace duty or another.

Despite your differences in status, he never forgot to visit you. Each visit was marked by his playful jabs that were countered with your clever comebacks, which basically turned into a routine by now.

On a particularly busy afternoon, after the children have gone home, you find yourself enjoying some time after work by arranging vibrant bouquets consisting of bluebells, white lilies, and roses. The small bell, a gift from Satoru on your 10th birthday, softly tinkled above the flower shop, signaling a new customer.

Knowing exactly who it is, considering the time, you don't bother to look up. Instead, you ask him if he came to the shop to actually buy flowers or simply to annoy you-

"Bouquet," interrupts an all-too-familiar voice, filled with its usual mix of arrogance and irritation.

You glance up to see Satoru standing there, looking rather out of place amidst the delicate flowers with his 'grand' presence. His expression clearly shows annoyance when you inquire about the recipient of the bouquet.

"It's for an engagement party. My engagement party, to be precise. Not by choice," he grumbles, rolling his azure eyes.
