[GOD HAND] Gene & Olivia

Gene - A twenty-three year old dusty rambler, Gene lost his right arm during an attempt to save a helpless woman from a group of thugs revealing themselves as demons. However, as thanks for his bravery, the woman, introducing herself as Olivia, gave him the right Godhand, an arm possessing legendary power, before sending him on a mission to defeat the Four Devas:

Belze - The leader of the Four Devas. The oldest, most loyal servant of Angra, Belze keeps the other members in check and ensures that meetings go well. Calculated and composed, he wants nothing more than resurrecting his master and thinks of humans as mere filth inferior to Demons.

Elvis - A heavyweight cigar-smoking brute with a vague Latino accent, Elvis is the first Deva to confront Gene. Though a gluttonous demon, he shares a soft side capable of warmth towards even his enemies. It is heavily implied that he has unrequited romantic feelings for Shannon, and sees fighting Gene as an opportunity to woo her.

Shannon -The only female member of the Devas. A succubus, Shannon only seeks to enjoy the pleasures of the human world, causing Belze to compromise on their main objective if it means she will fight Gene. She has an affinity for keeping poison chihuahuas, and sees Gene as a man she would like to make her "pet".

Azel - The newest member of the Four Devas and the only human. Azel possesses the left Godhand, choosing to side with the demons to further his own goals. As a human, Belze distrusts him but reluctantly accepts him into the group. It is his thirst for power that leads Azel to seek Angra's resurrection, but more importantly to show Gene who is the superior between the two of them.

And prevent the return of the ancient evil Angra.

Appearance - Gene is a young man wearing a tight white shirt and black coat with the left sleeve ripped at the forearm and the right ripped off completely, with shin-length coattails and black pants. He has an orange handkerchief tied around his collar. Gene also wears a silver belt buckle and long black boots, and dons a set of braces on his tattooed right arm (his Godhand) adorned with skull shapes referred to as the "Deistic Brace", and a fingerless glove on his left hand. His build is top-heavy and muscular, and his hair is light silver and slicked back. His left cheek has a white square patch on it bandage and his eyes brown.

Personality - Gene is best described as being a borderline classical anti-hero, in that he is not necessarily a morally questionable character, but he lacks traditionally heroic qualities. On one hand, he is cocky, lazy, and rude, as he treats every opponent he faces with an equal amount of disrespect, complains whenever he has to go out on a mission at Olivia's command, and enjoys making fun of and even bullying his opponents, a prime example of this would be a majority of his interactions with Elvis, as he tends to make remarks about Elvis's weight, or his baldness, with the purpose of provoking the demon. And on the other hand, he is also courageous, empathetic, strong-willed, and selfless, as he attacked Felix & Bruce when they were attacking Olivia to steal the God Hand from her, despite him having no idea of what they were capable of doing, and was notably upset when he saw a group of Henchmen attacking a Villager to steal his arm, as he had experienced the same misfortune as the villager did, and his strong will & selflessness are best demonstrated by how he is willing to embark on the missions that Olivia assigns him despite disliking them. Gene also possesses a cheerful and laid back attitude, as he is rarely seen angry or being serious unless he or somebody he knows is in a dire situation.

Powers & Abilities - Gene was as strong as any mortal man, being able to be easily defeated by even moronic and incompetent demons. But after receiving the power of the God Hand, his power increased considerably, making him the only one capable of saving humanity. Gene's foremost and most reliable ability, besides the powers granted to him by the mythical God Hand itself, is the prowess he has in martial arts, as he has mastery over many forms of eastern and western martial arts, which includes, but isn't limited to, various forms of Kung Fu, Karate, Taekwondo, and Boxing. Using this prowess, he can string together various techniques from his arsenal of styles to deliver mighty combo attacks, when he isn't using powerful singular attacks. The God Hand gives him the ability to defy the laws of reality to preform fantastic physics-defying attacks straight out of a martial arts movie, and he can even do things like attack his enemies with waves of energy or even create weapons out of nowhere, but one of the most useful and practical powers comes from unleashing the power of the God Hand itself, which enhances his strength, agility, and makes him completely invincible to all forms of attack, making him the worst nightmare of any demon or specter unfortunate enough to cross his path.

Combat moves: Ball Buster - Gene turns around and delivers a back kick to the target's groin, instantly stunning them for a long period of time.

God Charge - Restore Gene god hand power, with it he can able to activate the godhand charge that make him powerful.

Grovel - Gene will sit down in a traditional Japanese kneeling position, and then bow face first into the ground and say "Onegaishimasu" causing enemies to taunt him. But Gene use it as distraction, so he easily can strike them as they don't expect it.

Allies: Olivia - The last of the Godhand Clan, she was entrusted with the Right Godhand to keep safe after her fiance, Azel, betrays them. After being harassed by Bruce and Felix, she meets Gene, whom promptly loses his right arm and is humiliated attempting to save her. As thanks for his bravery (and to compensate him for his lost arm), Olivia gives the Right God Hand to him, and requests that he help put a stop to the Four Devas that plan to resurrect Angra.

Appearance: Olivia is a 19-year-old girl with short brown hair. She is seen most often wearing a light blue mini dress, and darker blue short-sleeved jacket, brown belt, and thigh-high boots.

Personality: Olivia has a very flirtatious and humorous personality that can sometimes go too far. She generally teases Gene in a mostly playful manner, but truly means well. Despite being firmly on the side of good and against the demons, Olivia is not above threatening or using violence to get her way, even carrying an ax on her person in a bathtub for the sole purpose of threatening Gene, who regards her as insane. Despite this, she still shows genuine affection for Gene, and cares about his wellbeing. She is highly ashamed of her past with Azel, and kept it under wraps.

Abilities: Olivia, as one of the protectors of the God Hand, possesses immunity to its massive strength and various techniques, and also possesses an Ax, which she mostly uses as a "tool of encouragement" for Gene. Despite her immunity to the God Hand's powers, she is not immune to other types of attack not related to the God Hand, and has little fighting ability.
