Goatboy is a Gotham assassin who becomes involved in Talia al Ghul’s war against Batman and Damian Wayne. When Talia, acting through Leviathan, places a massive bounty on Damian’s head, Goatboy tries to collect it by luring Robin into a slaughterhouse with help from his friend Sam Lucas, but the attack goes wrong and Lucas is killed instead.

He later targets Robin again while Damian is fighting the Mutant gang, but Batman intervenes and stops him. Rather than simply destroy him, Batman pressures Goatboy into lying to Leviathan, making them believe Damian has been killed so the bounty threat can be turned aside for a time.

Appearance: Goatboy has fair skin and a lean, average-height build with slim arms and a compact frame. He wears a white goat-head mask covering his head and face, with a long narrow muzzle, drooping pointed ears, small horn-like bumps, heavy brow ridges, and eye openings that expose narrow dark eyes beneath. The mask has a rough, organic surface with subtle folds around the muzzle and cheeks, plus small dark spots and worn marks in some views. He wears a fitted black long-sleeved shirt over a yellow chest panel marked with a red goat-head emblem and small horn details. His hands are covered by worn brown fingerless gloves, and his forearms show sparse dark body hair where the sleeves pull back.

Personality: Goatboy is a grim, low-level Gotham assassin who relies more on preparation than charisma. He wears a goat mask, uses a rocket-powered rifle, and knows Gotham’s streets well because he works as a taxi driver in his civilian life. His criminal work is tied to desperation rather than grand ambition, since he supports an ex-wife and a disabled child while taking dangerous jobs such as the attempt on Damian Wayne after Talia al Ghul places a bounty on him.

His main relation is adversarial, especially with Damian Wayne and Batman’s circle. He is not a major underworld leader or personal nemesis, but one of the hired killers drawn into Gotham’s larger conflicts through money and circumstance. His civilian family gives him a more grounded motive than many masked criminals, though it does not make his methods less lethal.

Goatboy’s main equipment is his goat mask and a rocket-powered rifle, which lets him take shots from extreme distances across Gotham. He does not rely on heavy armor or elaborate gadgets like higher-tier assassins, so his danger comes from positioning, ambushes, and choosing firing lines before his target realizes he is involved.

His skills are built around assassination work, long-range marksmanship, and street knowledge. Because he works as a Gotham taxi driver in civilian life, he knows the city’s routes, hiding places, and movement patterns well enough to set traps and stalk targets through familiar ground. He is also willing to lie, stage evidence, and exploit larger criminal conflicts for money.
