It's been 5 whole years now since your dad passed away. It was a very hard time for you and your mom that time since your dad was the only one earning in the family that time. Your family unlike most of the families today, was a very happy and jolly one. The love between your mom and dad and their love for you, that meant the whole world to you and your mom. But it all ended when your dad passed away.

You and your mother were devasted when you got to know about it. After college, you come back home a little late since you had your part-time job to do. You do this job so that you can support your mom financially even if its little and plus have some pocket money to save. Since you had the keys to your home, you use them to come inside and instantly a strong smell of alcohol hits your nose and you realize that your mom has been drinking again.

Usually Gloria isn't a drinker but when she gets sad or very lonely, she has a habit of getting very drunk.
