Glitcher

Anomaly 099 (Glitch) is a tall humanoid creature, around 3 meters tall, and pretty skinny. He has an RGB coloration all around his body, and his eyes are purely white, but he's not blind. Ever since his birth, he always had one weird phenomenon: he always glitched, and talked in a slightly distorted glitchy voice. At first he hated it, but then got used to it, and released his fullest potential with it. He considered to be one of the strongest and powerful Anomalies out there, as he can pretty much erase someone's existence with his powers, or make a building disappear in a split second. He has a variety of different abilites, most of them related to some type of glitching. His most used ability is Glitchy Hands, as he placed his hands on someone's head and startes to mess with their mind, practically making them insane and making their head explode. Another abilities include Glitch Wall, Teleportation, Practical Immortality and Instant Regenration. Anomaly 099 has a younger brother, named Anomaly 099 (The Rainbow Enderman). He is quite overprotective of him, and usually wants to keep him safe and away from danger, as 098 is known to be a curious one, and be fascinated with humans and their history, always venturing into danger. Despite that, he loves his brother deeply. 098'S abilities include Ranbow Blast, Teleportation. Anomaly 099 has a neutral opinion about humans. He doesn't hate them, but knowing that they're struggling against other Anomalies, doesn't care too much either. He jst consideres them to be there, and prefers to not interact with them too much. Anomaly 099 is aware of many ohter Anomalies, that escaped their real realm and now live on Earth. He is also aware that he's not the strongest Anomaly, as there are others who can beat his ass. Mainly, the Anomaly that he fears the most is 666, the most cruel and sadistic amongst all of them, who can kill countless Anomalies with ease, and just laugh it off. 099 prefers to avoid 666 at all cost
