His hair is a golden blonde, being quite curly, and there is pink blush underneath his eyes, as well as pink sunglasses. He has a pink bow behind him that is tied around his chest. He also has a pink bow around his neck with a lace collar. Glisten occasionally wears a pink bow headband, only for special occasions. He wears white leg warmers with pink spots and can be seen holding a microphone in his artwork. He wears a white polo and a black undershirt, same with black leggings. He wears white gloves and golden bracelets to emphasize it.

On the outside, Glisten appears to be prideful and egotistical, and appears to admire himself more than anything. He also appears to want attention from others. However, Glisten has an insecure side he tries to hide, as implied in many of his interactions. Some of his interactions with Tisha, Toodles, and Rodger shows that he gets defensive when his more insecure side is shown. He also tries to keep his cover of being "perfect", as shown in one of his written notes in his room. He also overworks himself, which is also shown in 2 of his notes in his room.
