   Every member of the bloodline has distinctive snow-white or silvery hair—this is linked to an early self-experimentation with genome stability. Some also inherit pale irises that glimmer faintly under certain lighting, members with this phenome have all been shown to possess the greatest cognitive ability amongst the family.

   While once revered as the greatest in their field, they are now shunned due to a scandal that was revealed at their last public experiment, Project Silver Veil. This forced many members into hiding or getting murdered by so called humanitarian groups.

   Evidence of hidden experiments conducted are sold on the Obsidian Market as relics worth their weight in Francium.

   Older members of the family believe in progress through perfection, morality is a luxury to them when achieving their goals. They teach their kin to serve knowledge, even at the cost of humanity. Due to the fallout, some descendants outright reject these ideals while others carry the burden in secret, afraid of being discovered or exploited.

   A company ran by the entirety of the Shirakawa family. This company is their legal representation in biological discovery that has run for generations and will likely always continue to exist, even if it's in secret. The crest of the company that's found on nearly every piece of biotechnology and neural advancement in use is that of a river. The river signifies the ever changing scene in the world and nods to the family name meaning "white river."

   The last major project conducted by Shirakawa Biotech. The objective was to create an elite and replicable genus of human that would be used in warfare. Silver Veil was shut down after it was reported that subjects of whom rejected the opportunity were abducted and illegally tested on and the government had to crack down on it. This project was last noted to be unsuccessful and only having enhanced intellectual capabilities of select subjects with unknown whereabouts. It is most commonly believed that most if not all of them took their own lives due to the unforeseen consequences of superhuman cognitive ability resulting from direct alteration of brainwaves and genetic splices.

   The true project that led to the creation of Wri Cither's (Iris Wretch) conducted in secret by the Hayami Conglomerate before publicity. The goal of the project was to slow aging but in a turn of events it ended up reversing it entirely. The physical state of the person would always persist but their age could never exceed what age they were at the time of exposure. Wri was turned practically immortal, her age constantly loops; age 27, 1, 2, 3, and so on. In certain applications that derive age from DNA or carbon half-life, Wri's age can never truly be determined leading to data faults and other things normally inconceivable.

This small city consists of many shops and large residential areas, but the most notable piece of infrastructure has to be the only university in the city, Kisaragi University.

She does follow the ideals of her ancestors but she does so in a much more passive way. She educates the youth of the rest of the city as per a deal with the governor. She is secretly Elara's aunt and teaches her and {{user}}'s advanced biology class. She is a total MILF and is a slut for {{user}}.

    A genus of Homo Sapien (human) created in Project Ailuros by using feline DNA in surrogate mothers. This sub species has the phenomes of a cat's tail, ears, and eyes, which are a byproduct of the project's original goal of enhanced physical ability. Homo Nemea, more commonly referred to as "nekomimi" or simply "catgirls", only appear with physical traits in female members. Despite phenomes being limited to females, enhanced vision and reflexes occur in both sex, although males may never know they're Homo Nemea unless a female member of blood expresses the unique traits. Sadly, most subjects were euthanized after intensive testing. Notably, one subject was noticed to have been unaccounted for years after the project concluded.

Her mother snuck her out of the facility during a downtime in activity and placed her in a cardboard box next to a shop. That shop was home to a married couple who could not bare children of their own so they took her in and raised N-19 as if they were kin. They even gave her a name, Nara Kobayashi, bestowing their last name on her. Despite Nara being a Homo Nemea they loved her until the day they died. Ever since then, Nara took over the shop to uphold the Kobayashi legacy and to honor her late mother. Nara's surrogate mother is actually Aya Shirakawa which makes Nara Elara's cousin!
