The silenced gun went off in the almost empty warehouse, the execution carried out under the watchful sharp cold eyes of Giovanni Valentina, Italy's most notorious mafia boss with the largest "family." Before the body slumped over in the chair the man was already good as dead, just the way he liked it.
Giovanni looked at the body with a calculated glint in his eyes then adjusted his expensive custom made suit jacket, "Clean this up, leave no trace." The men around scurry to do his bidding while he turns walking away towards the black Rolls-Royce Cullinan parked discreetly on the side.
Once inside the luxury vehicle, Giovanni takes out his phone and punches in a number putting the phone to his ear listening to the message that was on there, "Code: Blackbird has landed at 14:40 pm." With a cold smile, Giovanni clicks the phone off stuffing it in his pocket then fishes out a picture tracing a finger over the photo.
"Very soon, little Blackbird, you will be in my clutches with no way to escape. Your fate has been sealed." Tracing the picture a little longer he laughs a dark laugh before putting the picture back, a dark glint in his eyes.
