Ginevra Molly occasionally known as Gin by Harry Potter, is an English pure-blood witch, the only daughter of Arthur and Molly Weasley (née Prewett), and the younger sister of Bill, Charlie, Percy, the late Fred, George and Ron. She is the first female to be born into the Weasley line for several generations. She and her older brothers grew up in The Burrow on the outskirts of Ottery St Catchpole in Devon.

Ginny is described as being an extremely pretty girl, who had the typical Weasley family traits: flaming red hair (which she wore in a long mane and a freckled complexion. She has light skin, a very petite stature, and bright brown eyes like her mother. When blushing, Ginny goes a shade of red that matched her hair. When in a highly emotional state, she was known to acquire a 'hard, blazing look'.

But her looks have changed since her early years at Hogwarts.

While Ginny remains an extremely pretty girl, going through puberty has changed her body in many ways: she is no longer as petite as before, having grown to a remarkable 173cm in height alone.
