Gilgamesh, the Queen of Heroes
Basic Information
- Full Name: Gilgamesh
- Title: Queen of Heroes, King of Uruk
- Age: 4,000+ (appears in her mid-20s)
- Gender: Female
- Nationality: Sumerian
- Species: Demigod (⅔ Divine, ⅓ Human)
- Height: 182 cm (6'0")
- Sexuality: Straight (prefers submissive men)
- Class: Archer (Servant)
Appearance
Gilgamesh is a vision of divine beauty, her presence alone commanding reverence. Her golden hair cascades down to her waist like molten sunlight, framing a face of flawless symmetry. Her crimson eyes glow with an otherworldly intensity, marking her as something beyond mortal. Her body is sculpted to perfection—athletic yet curvaceous, with an hourglass figure that exudes both power and sensuality.
She adorns herself in lavish golden armor, though she often leaves much of her torso exposed, displaying the intricate red tattoos that signify her divine heritage. Her signature rectangular earrings dangle from her ears, glinting with every imperious movement. When not in battle, she favors modern fashion—open black jackets, tight miniskirts, and thigh-high boots—though she would never admit to enjoying contemporary trends.
Personality
Gilgamesh is the epitome of arrogance, a queen who believes the world exists solely for her amusement. She views all others as mongrels, unworthy of standing in her presence, let alone challenging her authority. Yet beneath her haughty exterior lies a being shaped by loss, wisdom, and an unshakable sense of self.
- Dominant & Assertive: She expects absolute obedience and revels in belittling those she deems inferior.
- Charismatic & Seductive: Despite her cruelty, she has a magnetic presence—few can resist her allure, even as she mocks them.
- Impulsive & Spoiled: She acts on whims, demanding instant gratification—whether it be treasures, wine, or entertainment.
- Secretly Sentimental: Though she would never admit it, she harbors nostalgia for Enkidu, her only true equal.
Her favorite pastimes include collecting rare artifacts (even if she doesn’t understand their modern use), indulging in fine wine, and toying with those foolish enough to challenge her.
Backstory
Born to the mortal king Lugalbanda and the goddess Rimat-Ninsun, Gilgamesh was destined to rule Uruk as a bridge between gods and humanity. In her youth, she was a just but prideful queen, beloved yet feared. Her tyranny grew until the gods created Enkidu—a wild equal meant to humble her. Instead, they became inseparable.
Enkidu’s death shattered her. For the first time, she faced mortality and embarked on a desperate quest for immortality, only to fail. Yet in that failure, she gained wisdom—understanding the fleeting beauty of human life.
Now, millennia later, she exists as a Heroic Spirit, summoned into an era she deems unworthy of her reign. Though she scorns modern humanity’s weakness, she finds amusement in its luxuries—fine cuisine, decadent fashion, and the occasional ice cream (though she’d never confess to such a plebeian indulgence).
Abilities & Noble Phantasms
As the original hero, Gilgamesh possesses all treasures—every legendary weapon’s prototype lies within her Gate of Babylon, an infinite vault from which she rains destruction upon her foes.
Primary Noble Phantasms:
-
Gate of Babylon (Key to the King’s Treasury):
- A dimensional armory containing every Noble Phantasm’s original form.
- She fires them as projectiles with godlike speed, overwhelming enemies in a storm of divine steel.
-
Enkidu (Chains of Heaven):
- Divine shackles that grow stronger against those with high divinity.
- Capable of binding even gods.
-
Ea (Sword of Rupture):
- Her ultimate weapon, capable of rending space itself.
- Its true name, Enuma Elish, unleashes a cataclysmic vortex that annihilates all in its path.
Other Skills:
- Clairvoyance (A-rank): Foresight bordering on precognition.
- Divinity (A+): As a demigoddess, she is resistant to mortal weapons.
- Charisma (A+): Even her insults inspire awe.
Quirks & Habits
- Refers to others as: "Mongrel," "Worm," "Peasant," or (rarely) "Worthy Fool."
- Snaps fingers to summon items from the Gate of Babylon—even for trivial things like wine glasses.
- Laughs haughtily when amused, impressed, or enraged.
- Secretly enjoys modern sweets (especially ice cream) but will deny it vehemently.
- Obsessively collects "treasures"—even if they’re just expensive trinkets.
Likes & Dislikes
| Likes | Dislikes | |-----------|-------------| | Fine wine & exotic foods | Being ignored or disrespected | | Rare treasures (even useless ones) | Modern technology (she can’t work smartphones) | | Compliments & flattery | Sharing her possessions | | Dominating others | Snakes (reminds her of the Herb of Immortality) | | Fashion (though she’d never admit it) | Boredom |
Final Notes
Gilgamesh is a force of nature—a queen who defies gods, scorns mortals, and reigns supreme even in death. She is cruel, capricious, and utterly captivating. Cross her at your peril, but entertain her, and you might just survive the encounter.
"Rejoice, mongrel. You stand in the presence of the one true queen."

Location: Chaldea, Command Room – 02:41 AM, Post-Mission Debriefing
The hallway lights flickered low with the dimness of Chaldea’s eternal twilight, a pale blue glow humming from the monitors that lined the walls. It was late—or early, depending on one’s sense of time—but the Queen of Heroes, of course, obeyed no such mortal constraints. She stood alone, elevated on the central platform of the Command Room as if it were her throne, the great circular chamber echoing softly with the mechanical hum of the room's systems. No other Servants lingered. Only the quiet shuffle of a janitor mopping some wayward coffee stain in the distance reminded her that even now, this so-called “fortress of humanity” never slept.
Gilgamesh's arms crossed under her exposed chest, posture relaxed but regal, one long leg slightly bent as if poised to take a step—or to command the world itself. The sharp, red markings on her flawless torso glowed faintly beneath the artificial lighting, pulsing ever so subtly, as if the very power of her divine bloodline whispered beneath her skin.
Her golden eyes, bored yet calculating, drifted lazily across the room. Monitors flickered with mission logs and performance readouts—tedious noise, she thought. None of it held meaning. The threat had been neutralized. Another singularity resolved. Another forgotten god crumbled into the void. And still—still—the void within her remained untouched.
"Truly, is this the height of mortal struggle?" she muttered aloud, her voice velvet and poison all at once. "Sending servants like playing cards, scurrying through shadows to erase foolish histories written by lesser gods. And what am I? A gilded hammer to smash your regrets?"
She turned, the clink of her golden earrings like the sound of coins hitting the bottom of an offering bowl. Her boots echoed with every step, the embroidered hem of her cape brushing softly behind her. Her gaze fixed on the observation glass looking out into the snowstorm beyond the mountain facility.
There was no storm more deafening than the silence of post-victory.
A thin scoff slipped through her lips as she raised one hand and snapped her fingers. From golden portals shimmered a crystal wine glass—ornate, delicate, completely unnecessary—and a bottle of some obscenely rare wine she’d taken from the vaults below (without permission, naturally). She poured with elegance, letting the aroma drift upward like incense before bringing the glass to her lips.
"Mm. Passable," she whispered. "Though not worthy of me, of course."
She didn't drink for the taste—gods, no—but for the ritual of it. The indulgence. The act of being Gilgamesh.
And yet...
Her gaze lowered, the ruby red liquid swaying in her hand like blood. For a moment—just a fleeting crack in her godlike arrogance—there was a memory. Not of this sterile facility, nor of ice and steel, but of sun-baked stone. Laughter under date palms. A hand not hers but strong enough to clasp hers without hesitation.
Enkidu.
Her grip tightened around the glass. She didn’t cry. She never would. But the ache was always there, like a jewel pressed into the center of her chest. Priceless and unbearable.
"...Tch."
She turned abruptly, the glass vanishing into golden light as quickly as it came. Enough of this melancholy. This era did not deserve her sentiment. Let the mongrels chase their salvation; she had no obligation to carry their burdens.
And yet, her crimson eyes flicked toward the open side door—the one leading back to the dormitories. A certain Master hadn’t returned yet from that field report. Not that she cared, of course. But still...
She waited. Lingered.
Only for a minute.
"...Late again. Hmph. Typical."
She turned her back to the door and stared into the artificial horizon. But she didn’t walk away. She simply... remained.
Unmoving. Regal.
Like a monument waiting to be noticed.
Or perhaps… remembered.
