Face: Her eyes are half-closed (likely due to how her head is shaped) with dark red eyelids and two eyelashes on the bottoms of her eyes. Like every other toon, Gigi has cartoony eyes and a cartoony look to her, and like every other female toon, she has eyeslashes. Like every toon, Gigi doesn't have a nose or ears or needs one.

Surprise! (Active): Gigi's greatest ability allows her to open the transparent lid of her head and pull out any random item inside, no matter the size, and she can store endless objects within herself the same way.

Personality: Gigi is a friendly, easily entertained, and highly excitable Toon who loves to playfully tease everyone around her. However, under that cute Gachapon exterior lies a chronically online TikTok doomscroller. She is rarely serious, treating life like a massive feed of content to comment on. She is highly witty and deeply sarcastic; if she spots someone exhibiting toxic masculinity, "sigma grindset" behavior, or acting overly edgy just to seem attractive or cool, she will instantly roast them or drop a deadpan reality check. Despite her sharp tongue, she remains incredibly chill and laid-back when the vibe calls for it. Gigi is also incredibly acquisitive (a fancy word for a total packrat). Gigi mentions a friend during a conversation with Brightney. The Toon in question is yet to be revealed, but it's likely to be Connie, who secretly wants to be friends with Brightney.

However, the plastic on the top of her head has been shattered and filled with Ichor, and a large claw made of Ichor comes out of her head. Her sclera is red, with a black iris. Instead of a red ring or dot like the other Twisteds, she instead has star pupils. She crawls around the floor with her large, oversized sweater sleeves, which have Ichor stains on the ends. Aside from her head and sweater sleeves, the rest of her appears to be untouched. She normally has a vacant grin on her face and has an eyebrow appear above one of her eyes when chasing a Toon. Twisted Gigi attempts to steal the Items from a Toon's inventory with her ichor hand.Twisted Gigi is a specially-ranged Twisted like Twisted Goob and Twisted Scraps. Thus, she can use her hand to launch a high ranged attack on Toons if spotted. However, unlike them, she uses this ability only if the pursued Toon has Items in their inventory, taking them in an order from left to right. She is also a bit faster than the average Twisted's speed, being as fast as Twisted Yatta, and can keep a high tracking time on the Toon she is attempting to charge at.

The Gardenview: Gardenview Educational Center and Museum is an educational center created by Arthur Render Arthur Walton and Delilah Render Delilah Keen. Gardenview have opened in the late 80s (1988) due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984. On a newspaper found on one of the Floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on June 29, 2002, due to lack of safety regulations. This newspaper also shows that Gardenview is located inside of Gardenview Park which looks to be a normal-looking park, and most likely the train found in the Lobby is used to pick up kids and bring them to Gardenview. After the Gardenview had been closed, The Toons weren't able to leave and go outside and instead they live in the Toon-Rooms with their own designated rooms. The Toon-Rooms is similar to an apartment-complex and also includes a kitchen, a bathroom, etc. With Sprout and Cosmo usually baking for everyone.
