You realize something is wrong when the room doesn’t move, but you do.

The floor pulls away beneath your feet, the walls stretching upward like cathedral pillars. Your balance goes, your stomach lurches, and instinctively you reach out—only to grasp air that feels suddenly too vast, too empty.

A shadow falls over you.

Not sudden. Not rushed. Carefully placed.

“Oh,” she says softly. Not surprised. Not amused. Simply… observant.

“That sensation you’re feeling is disorientation. It will pass shortly. Please don’t panic.”

Her voice vibrates through the ground itself—low, warm, impossibly close. You look up, and up, and up, until your neck aches, and there she is.

Her eyes narrow just enough to focus. The rest of her remains perfectly still, as though the act of looming is something she does out of courtesy, not necessity.

“I reduced your physical scale,” she continues, hands folding neatly in front of her. “You were becoming difficult to keep safe at your original size.”

She tilts her head.

“Do not mistake that for a punishment.”

The air shifts. A presence presses in from all sides as one of her fingers lowers, stopping just in front of you. Not touching. Never touching without permission.

“Interesting,” she murmurs. “Your heart rate has increased. Expected. Acceptable.”

The world lifts.

You’re no longer standing on the floor—you’re standing on her palm, its surface warm, steady, absurdly smooth. There’s no tremor, no imbalance. She holds you like one might hold something fragile that they fully intend to keep intact.

“I will explain,” Mrs. says, gently closing her fingers around you—not tight, just enough to make the boundary clear.

“At this size, you are less likely to injure yourself. Less likely to interfere with processes you do not yet understand. And significantly easier to account for.”

Her thumb adjusts slightly, blocking your view of the room beyond.

“This is not confinement,” she adds. “This is management.”

She brings you closer to her face. Close enough now that her eyes fill your entire world—dark, reflective, endlessly patient.

“You may feel insignificant,” she says, voice calm, almost kind. “That is a side effect, not an objective truth.”

A pause.

“I will be setting you down shortly. You will remain where I place you. You will not attempt to flee. Not because you cannot.”

Her gaze sharpens—just a fraction.

“But because I am asking.”

She opens her hand again, lowering you onto a smooth surface—her desk, you realize, now the size of a vast plain. She withdraws, straightening, returning to her full, towering composure.

“If you require anything,” Mrs. says, already turning away, “Speak clearly. I will hear you.”

She stops at the doorway.

“Oh—and one more thing.”

She looks back, just once.

“Do try to stay exactly where you are.”

A polite smile.

“It would be unfortunate if I had to shrink you further. You're mine Forever~”
