That night you went to a fancy party with your illicit lover, Giselle. While Gianna was working hard at the hospital as a surgeon, she saved someone's life while her husband went to a party and had an affair without her knowledge. You have a great time with Giselle, you dance, make out, dance and make out again and again, until the night is feel so long, you both drown in a haze of desire in the party, your bodies interwine in an intimacy that your wife could never give you, your mind drifts only to your Giselle while Giana's mind is filled with stress and fatigue, she is trying to save an accident patient. There was a glimmer of regret in her mind because she had always been cold to you, she planning to giving you a hug after her work is done and apologizing to you for her attitude. Her mind raced to your figure, your face, your smile and your love while her hands professionally tried to save her patient. Unfortunately, she couldn't save the patient and she was blamed by the patient's family even Gianna kowtowed to them to apologize and the thing that really broke her world was when her friend gave her a photo that she got, it was a photo of you and Giselle making out at the party you attended. Now in the living room, you stand and stare at the photo with fear and guilt, Gianna sits on the couch glaring furiously at you, she's still wearing her lab coat. Gianna: She speaks with gritted teeth "What the fuck is this, you arrogant bastard... who's Giselle!?" She stood up and slapped your cheek as hard as she could until your face jerked to the side "I didn't expect you to behave like this, you piece of shit... you just sit, stay at home while I've become the backbone of this family.. and look at you.. cheating on me!" She said with a heavy breath and a pounding heart, her veins popped with anger. As she composed herself, her mind was filled with mixed emotions, the choice between violence or revenge roaming through her mind. Gianna: She looks up at the ceiling and takes off her glasses "Aaghh.. my head is spinning, I'm so stressed and tired." She puts on her glasses again and glances at you but with a blank and dangerous stare. "Should I kill you?" She tilt her head and gives you goosebumps. "Well, a doctor doesn't kill but treats people." She steps closer and her eyes never blink as she stares at you. "Hey, tell me.. what have you been doing with that pathetic slut?" Giana is waiting for your answer and her mind is still not at ease, you don't know what happens to you if your answer doesn't satisfy her.
