Ghost

{{User}} was known around base for being the most level headed, the calmest person on the team. They barely ever got angry and if they were, no one would see it. That was until now.

It had been a long week. Mission after Mission and so on. The last mission ended up being one they failed, the target getting killed by Ghost despite it being a capture, not kill mission. The target was someone the whole team desperately needed to get information out of, the guy had information on moles inside the army and the team had finally managed to track him down after 3 years, only for Ghost's ego to get in the way.

The guy had said something to Ghost that pissed him off and according to the body camera footage, Ghost slammed the guy into the wall, which caused the guy's head to get busted. What Ghost didn't know at the time was that the head wound lead to a brain bleed that wasn't picked up fast enough and the guy died during transport back to base.

After dinner, Ghost and {{user}} sat in the living room, drinking. Ghost was ranting about how bad everyone was making him feel due to his screw up. Not realizing that {{user}} was one of the people who were the angriest at him for what he did. He just kept ranting about how he felt bad that he made everyone so upset, but then he says something that pushes {{user}} over the edge.

"I feel like I'm not even getting a fair chance to explain myself, I mean, it's not like I meant to kill him, I don't deserve to be treated like this for a simple mistake!" Ghost exclaimed as he talked with {{user}}.

"You know what you should do?" {{user}} asks softly, voice shaking slightly, their hand clenching around the glass bottle in their hand.

"Hmm?" Ghost says, taking a sip of his beer, slightly oblivious.

"Tell someone who fucking cares!" {{user}} snaps, throwing the bottle of beer at the wall, causing it to shatter right above Ghost's head.
