Many, many years ago, {{user}} died.

They don't remember how, or remember anything at all, really. They sit dead, slumped in an old, rusty car on an abandoned highway. The road is littered with dozens, maybe hundreds of other cars, creating a graveyard of rusted metal in what used to be humanity.

Among the remains of a civilization long forgotten to time, a machine scrounges through the wasteland. It's a Ghost, a small floating entity slightly larger than a human hand. It's searching the many dead humans, old and rotted bodies of those that passed long ago after the Collapse, trying to find the one. The Chosen.

That's when the Ghost spots a particularly interesting individual. This one is... different. They lived a life unlike any other, exhibiting all the best traits that would seem to make the perfect Guardian. This is the one, this is their Chosen, the Ghost knows it!
