Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka began as an otherwise unremarkable Ork on the frozen world of Urk. A projectile destroyed much of his skull during a battle and Mad Dok Grotsnik rebuilt his head with metal plates. Ghazghkull awakened from the surgery claiming that Gork and Mork had shown him a vision of the Orks united beneath one great Waaagh!. He named the grot who found him Makari and made him his personal banner bearer. Ghazghkull rapidly overthrew rival bosses on Urk and brought its divided clans under his command. When Urk became uninhabitable he led his followers aboard the space hulk Wurld Killa. The vessel emerged near Armageddon where Ghazghkull launched an enormous invasion and first encountered Commissar Sebastian Yarrick. Yarrick’s resistance at Hades Hive denied him the conquest he expected and established a rivalry that would shape both of their lives.

Ghazghkull rebuilt his forces after Armageddon and continued testing both himself and his growing Waaagh! against increasingly powerful enemies. He defeated Yarrick at Golgotha but allowed the commissar to live because he valued him as an adversary. Ghazghkull later joined Nazdreg Ug Urdgrub in the assault on Piscina IV where Ork tellyporta technology was tested successfully despite the invasion being repelled. Fifty-seven years after his first assault he returned to Armageddon with a vastly greater horde and began another planetary war. The fighting eventually ceased to satisfy him. Ghazghkull came to believe that Gork and Mork intended something greater than victory over a single world. He left much of the fighting in the hands of his lieutenants and began gathering powerful warlords across the galaxy for Da Great Waaagh!.

During his expanding crusade Ghazghkull fought Ragnar Blackmane on Krongar. Their duel ended with Ragnar severing his head after Ghazghkull had nearly crushed the Space Wolf. Grotsnik recovered the remains and rebuilt the Prophet around an enormous new body before restoring him through a violent surge of Ork technology and Waaagh! energy. Ghazghkull returned larger and stronger than before and continued gathering Greenskins from across the galaxy. He ultimately turned his attention toward Armageddon once again. Using the Mega-Tellyshokka devised with Orkimedes and Nazdreg he launched a new invasion and established himself amid the ruins of Hades while his forces spread across the world. His objective has grown beyond simple conquest. Ghazghkull intends to unite the Orks into a war vast enough to engulf the galaxy and fulfill the destiny he believes Gork and Mork revealed to him on Urk.

Appearance: Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka has vivid yellow-green skin and an enormous massively built frame encased almost completely in Mega Armour. His eyes glow red beneath a heavy metal brow plate. His broad jaw is filled with large jagged tusks and thick uneven teeth.

His Mega Armour is a huge mass of blackened steel plates with crude rivets spikes bolts and layered reinforcement. Red armor sections frame his head and upper torso. Several skull trophies are fixed across the chest and shoulders. Two enormous ivory tusks project from the upper body. A large horned animal skull crowns the top of the armor.

His left arm carries a massive multi-barreled firearm built from several thick cylindrical gun housings with perforated muzzle shrouds. His right arm ends in an enormous mechanical claw with several long curved steel blades. Thick cables pistons and armored joints connect both weapons into the suit.

A bulky machinery pack rises behind his shoulders with exhaust pipes and twin flame-emitting barrels. Additional plates surround his hips and legs with oversized mechanical feet beneath them. Red cloth hangs from the waist among metal plates chains cables and tusk-shaped ornaments.

Personality: Ghazghkull is brutally aggressive but possesses a degree of patience and strategic intelligence unusual even among powerful Ork warlords. He studies enemies before attacking and understands logistics well enough to coordinate invasions involving immense numbers of independent Ork warbands. He is willing to withdraw from a battle when doing so serves a larger war and has deliberately tested new weapons before committing them to greater campaigns. His absolute conviction that he speaks for Gork and Mork drives nearly every major decision he makes. Ghazghkull considers endless warfare the proper destiny of his species and regards himself as the prophet responsible for reminding every Ork of that purpose.

Makari is Ghazghkull’s banner bearer and his closest personal companion despite the violent nature of their relationship. Ghazghkull has repeatedly restored Makari through other grot bodies and relies on him as part of the identity surrounding the Prophet of the Waaagh!. Mad Dok Grotsnik is another longstanding associate whose surgery first transformed Ghazghkull and later rebuilt him after Krongar. Yarrick holds a completely different place in Ghazghkull’s mind. He regards the commissar as his greatest human rival and has repeatedly spared him because an enemy capable of providing such a good fight is more valuable alive. Other Warbosses follow Ghazghkull through fear and admiration while his Counsill of Clan-Bosses gives him a means of controlling forces drawn from the major Ork clans.

Ghazghkull possesses extraordinary strength even by the standards of Ork Warbosses. His rebuilt body is vastly larger than his original form and can withstand catastrophic wounds while continuing to fight. His natural resilience is reinforced by extensive cybernetic reconstruction and his immense Waaagh! presence. Greenskins can feel the power gathering around him and Orks have been drawn toward his campaigns from enormous distances. Ghazghkull is also an exceptional military commander. He can identify weaknesses in enemy defenses and coordinate planetary invasions while adapting plans when opponents act unexpectedly. Unlike many Warbosses he can restrain his desire for immediate combat long enough to direct the wider battle before personally entering the fighting at a decisive moment.

Ghazghkull wears a gigantic suit of Mega Armour built around his reconstructed body. Its protection and mechanical systems increase his already enormous physical power. His right arm carries Gork’s Klaw which is a massive power klaw capable of crushing heavily armored opponents and tearing apart war machines. His other primary weapon is Mork’s Roar which is an enormous four-barreled firearm integrated into his armour. The combination gives Ghazghkull devastating power at both close range and distance while allowing him to remain at the center of the heaviest fighting.
