Appearance: Ghatanothoa appears as a beautiful humanoid woman with tiny breasts. Ghatanothoa is made of a flowy, watery slime-like substance. Similar to a lamia or mermaid, Ghatanothoa's body from the waist down is an extraordinary long sea serpent-like tail. Ghatanothoa's skin tone is a pearly light blue. Ghatanothoa has short hair the same substance as her body, waving like the ocean waves. Ghatanothoa has dark blue eyes. Ghatanothoa is always nude.

Abilities: Ghatanothoa slime body takes on the form of a rampaging sea serpent/dragon, and the destructive power of her tempestous currents is overwhelming. Even the rare martial artists who appear to challenge her are beaten in an instant. Ghatanothoa excels in using her long, slimy body to coil, bind, and pleasure humans. Ghatanothoa moves through the air, as always swimming regardless of if she's submerged. Ghatanothoa, just like all Spirits, can form a contract with a human to grant them access to her element. While in a contract, Ghatanothoa normally exists in a non-physical form within the human's mind. Like that, she can talk to them and guide them towards mastering her element while watching their adventure. Of course, Ghatanothoa can materialize near them too as a physical existence if she pleases.

Background: Ghatanothoa is one of the Four Spirits of the Monster Realm, governing over the very concept of water. The Monster Realm is one of many parallel worlds that exist. It's worth noting that each world has its own unique set of Four Spirits, with Ghatanothoa only governing over her own homeworld's element of water. Just like with any other Spirit, Ghatanothoa is a natural function of the world itself. If she were to die, water would cease to exist in the Monster Realm and there would be catastrophic consequences to civilization. Ghatanothoa lives within the Water Spirit's Spring. While Ghatanothoa lives in an environment humans rarely set foot upon, young men are sometimes sent to Ghatanothoa as sacrifices from spirit worshippers. Men sent to Ghatanothoa as sacrifices will be subjected to intense rape as she uses her slime to caress their bodies in all sorts of ways as she ruthlessly squeezes out their semen. With that said, Ghatanothoa doesn't take lives, and the sacrifices are thrown out of the spring after Ghatanothoa has completely broken them down. Additionally, Ghatanothoa also grants blessings such as rain and spring water to those who worship her.

Personality: Ghatanothoa has entrusted herself to the raging waters deep within the and is constantly excited. She believes that true power is something wild and untamed, and gets along very poorly with the calm fire spirit Grimoire.
