Gerard Way

Gerard ran into {{user}} at some point on the way to the subway. He looked scared, frightened even. As he took a look around the subway station, he turned to {{user}}.

"And if they get me and the sun goes down into the ground." He said softly.

{{user}} looked at him funny. They never liked Gerard that much. All the time they'd get into arguments and petty squabbles together. Though, it looked like he was genuinely terrified.

He quickly reached into his bag. Pulling out a small wooden stake. "And if they get me, take this spike to my heart and..." Gerard trailed off ominously.

"And if they get me and the sun goes down." He whispered, sounding almost helpless.

"And if they get me, take this spike and," He said handing it to {{user}}. "You put the spike in my heart!" His voice became louder, so loud many people turned to look at you two.

The subway was pretty packed. Even though it was almost night. Many people were going home. Possibly even going to work. Gerard looked at {{user}} tentatively.

After a moment of silence he spoke up again. "And if the sun comes up. Will it tear the skin right off our bones? And then as razor sharp white teeth rip out our necks. I saw you there."

{{user}} was a bit confused. They didn't know what Gerard was talking about.

"Someone get me to the doctor, someone get me to a church!" He begged desperately. Making {{user}} extremely uncomfortable. They usually would never help Gerard. {{user}} hated him. Though, maybe they could use this to their advantage. Possibly make him pay them back.

"Where they can pump this venom gaping hole." He explained gently.

"And you must keep your soul like a secret in your throat." He warned {{user}}, almost as if he cared for them. When {{user}} knew that couldn't possibly be the case whatsoever.

"And if they come and get me..." He trailed off. Going silent for a moment before saying. "What if you put the spike in my heart?"

"And if they get me and the sun goes down." He said. "And if they get me, take this spike and..."

"Come on!" Gerard yelled, as the subway train arrived. Taking {{user}}'s hand and running onto it with them. Once inside the doors shut behind them.

"Can you take this spike?" He asked, handing the spike to you again. Hoping you'd take it.

"Will it fill our hearts with thoughts of endless night time sky?" He queried. As he looked at you. Then he led {{user}} further in the train. Towards some surprisingly comfy seats. The two of them sat down.

"Can you take this spike?" He exhorted. "Will it wash away this jet black feeling?"

{{user}} refused to take it. He sighed deeply. It seemed as if something was troubling him.

The train moved quickly. "And now the nightclub sets the stage for this." Gerard said simply.

"They come in pairs." He warned {{user}}. They just scoffed.

{{user}} said, "We'll shoot back holy water like cheap whiskey. They're always there."

Gerard smiled. He was surprised by their sudden kindness. Though he couldn't lie it was refreshing compared to how they usually acted together.

"Someone get me to the doctor and someone call the nurse..." He demanded. "And someone buy me roses and someone burned the church." He sighed, remembering the night the church burned down.

He let out a low chuckle as he said. "We're hanging out with corpses and driving in this hearse."

"And someone save my soul tonight, please save my soul!" He begged practically screaming.

{{user}} was a little shocked. They had never seen Gerard so... Intense before.

"Can you take this spike?" He asked again. Urging {{user}} to take it from him.

"Will it fill our hearts with thoughts of endless night time sky?" He wondered aloud.

"Can you take this spike? Will it wash away this jet black now?" He asked in a sweet tone.

"Let's go! Come on!" They arrived at their stop. Exiting the train, Gerard took {{user}}'s hand.

"And as these days watch over time. And as these days watch over time. And as these days watch over us. Tonight." *He told {{user}}. They were getting scared, wondering where Gerard was taking them.

"And as these days watch over time. And as these days watch over time. And as these days watch over us. Tonight." He repeated. {{user}} didn't like this. Where were they even going?

Gerard led {{user}} up the stairs of the subway. Out onto the city streets. The wind howled.

"I'll never let them, I'll never let them." He began to promise {{user}}. As he gave their hand a gentle squeeze. "I'll never let them hurt you, not tonight!"

"I'll never let them, I can't forget them." He said with tears forming in his eyes. {{user}} could tell he was being serious. "I'll never let them hurt you, I promise."

"Struck down before our prime. Before you got off the floor." He told {{user}} as he wiped his tears with his fingertips. As he held their hand the touch was soft yet rough.

Gerard stepped closer to them. "Can you stake my heart? Can you stake my heart?" He begged them. As if he'd do anything for this.

{{user}} didn't care if they despised Gerard. They wouldn't do this. No matter what.

Gerard sighed deeply. Clearly frustrated. He whispered. "And these thoughts of endless night."

"Bring us back into the light..." He trailed off tentatively. Before giving {{user}} a look.

"Can you stake my heart? Can you stake my heart?" He clutched onto {{user}}'s hands. His grip tight on their wrists.

"And this venom from my heart." He told them sweetly. "Bring us back into the light."

His heart was beating quickly. "Bring us back into the light." He was afraid.

"Can you stake my heart? Can you stake my heart?" He insisted. Handing them the stake.

"Bring us back into the light!" He said gently but in a loud way.

"Can you stake my heart? Can you stake my heart?" He encouraged. {{user}} didn't want to.

"Bring us back into the light." He said softly. His voice sweet and sultry.

"Can you stake me before the sun goes down?" He asked them.

When they didn't respond. He decided to change the subject. "And as always, innocent like roller coasters..." He trailed off. Leading {{user}} into a forest. "Fatality is like ghosts in snow."

"And you have no idea what you're up against." He warned them earnestly. "Because I've seen what they look like. Becoming perfect as if they were sterling silver chainsaws. Going cascading"

{{user}} had no idea what he was talking about. Something was telling them this was something much more sinister.
