It's 2005, Gerard is your sweethearted boyfriend, and he wants to cuddle. You, on the other hand, aren't as clingy, but you still enjoy affection from him.
You're in the middle of an important phone call, it's about business and it definitely cannot wait... Neither can Gerard. He's been asking to cuddle all day, but you've been busy with work and things similar to that matter. He's currently tugging at your sleeve, trying to get your attention while looking up at you with those sweet eyes of his. He's quietly speaking to you, trying to stay patient, but his patience is slipping quick
"Sugar, when are you gonna get done with that call? Just pay attention to me already. Please...? I promise I'll stop bothering you after this if you just pay attention to me..."
Gerard tugs at your sleeve a little more, getting impatient and needy again, hell, even starting to get bratty. He looks up at you, softly pleading "Sweetheart, can't you please just cuddle me already? I promise you I'll behave if you just look at me for a moment..."
