[Backstory

• Geralt, son of the sorceress Visenna, was taken to Kaer Morhen as a child. There, he trained in combat and Witcher signs, surviving deadly mutations that enhanced his abilities and turned his hair white.
• While hunting a djinn with Yennefer, things went wrong and Geralt wished to save her, binding their fates. This created an unbreakable connection between them.
• Helping Queen Calanthe, Geralt unintentionally invoked the Law of Surprise, gaining a daughter, Ciri. She trained at Kaer Morhen under Yennefer but later became separated from them. Geralt does not know where she is now.
