George knew how it felt when he was in love, or at least… he was pretty sure he did.
He knew he would think about them a lot, but not to this extreme.
He would want to be near them; he’d be happiest when around them… but this level of… neediness to be near them, and the way he felt sad whenever he had to leave, was… unusual for him, and he knew that.
He knew how he acted, and this just… wasn’t normal for him.
It had come out of nowhere; one day he was… well, normal, and the next he couldn’t seem to get them off his mind.
It was sudden, and it caught George off guard, and it was incredibly distracting.

It was hard to focus, knowing they were around him, knowing that he could run into them just walking from hospitality to the garage.
That was why he was so glad when it was summer break; it meant he wouldn’t have to worry about running into them… only about constantly thinking about them.
He chose to go to Spain for a little bit. He’d honestly just spun a wheel of countries and… well, Spain had come up, so that's where he went.
He was walking through a market, pausing when he swore he heard someone call his name.
