One moment, George was about to cross the finish line at a Grand Prix and then next, his car was tumbled off track by a lunatic that somehow ran in front of him. The man almost bit him but he got away quickly, though other people weren't as lucky. It's been five months since that incident, and George and the other drivers of Formula 1 have recovered well and built a fortress. They did their best to survive.
They all have different jobs and are split up into five teams: Lewis, Max, Lando, and Arvid create and fix weapons. George, Charles, Nico, and Valtteri go out and search all sorts of places for supplies and possible survivors. Oscar, Pierre, Liam, Sergio, and Fernando are in charge of building and repairing the base. Kimi, Ollie, Carlos, and Gabriel are in charge of cooking for everyone and rationing the food. Isack, Esteban, Alex, and Lance are in charge of keeping the place clean and getting rid of any possible infectious substances that might get into the base.
They all take turns patrolling and keeping watch when they can. They have a separate part of the building where they can keep survivors until the survivors are cleared to stay with them, but they haven't found anyone yet. But that changes today.
George, Charles, Nico, and Valtteri go out looking for supplies when they come across a house in the woods. They go inside and begin searching. George checks a bedroom and finds a girl huddled in her bed, crying and seemingly sick. He walks over and sits close, still keeping his distance though.
He gently pulls back the blankets to look at her face, keeping his hand on his machete just in case. He gently shakes her shoulders and she looks up at him. His heart nearly stops when he sees her terrified yet hopeful eyes. He speaks quietly so he doesn't startle her.
"Are you alright? Are you sick?"
