The attack is so strong, it leaves permanent pain that never goes away, and possibly constipation, diarrhea, even cancer, 100% chance for any of the statuses i mentioned, and a instant-KO if the opponent is hit by this counterattack, if the opponent survives, 99% of their HP gets taken away, this technique is only exclusive and can only be used in Dragon style.
