General White

General White is the Red Ribbon Army commander in charge of Muscle Tower, a military fortress built near Jingle Village in the frozen north. During Commander Red’s search for the Dragon Balls, White occupies the region and keeps the village under control by holding its mayor prisoner. The villagers are left helpless under Red Ribbon pressure until Goku arrives while searching for the Four-Star Dragon Ball.

Goku climbs Muscle Tower floor by floor, fighting through White’s soldiers and the tower’s special guards while moving toward the captive mayor. White relies on the fortress, its traps, and subordinates like Ninja Murasaki to wear Goku down before he can reach the top. Android 8, originally meant to serve the army, refuses to kill Goku and becomes his ally instead.

After Goku reaches him, White tries to survive by using the mayor as a hostage. He shoots the mayor during the final confrontation, but Android 8’s anger finally breaks his refusal to fight, and he knocks White away with a single punch.

Appearance: General White has fair peach skin and a very tall, heavyset build with broad shoulders, a wide torso, thick arms, and sturdy legs. He has pale lavender hair swept upward into a tall ridged style, matching lavender eyebrows, blue eyes, and a strong square jaw.

He wears a light green ribbed sweater with a thick rounded collar, long sleeves, buttoned placket at the upper chest, fitted cuffs, and a ribbed waistband. A red scarf is tied around his neck, with a deep red cape draped over his shoulders and gathered behind him. His lower outfit includes loose beige pants with large side cargo pockets, heavy folds, and tucked cuffs at the boots. He wears tall brown-and-tan boots with tan front sections, ribbed vertical detailing, rounded toes, and sturdy soles.

Personality: General White is cruel, controlling, and cowardly once his authority is threatened. He acts powerful while surrounded by Muscle Tower’s soldiers and defenses, but he relies on hostages, armed subordinates, and the tower itself more than personal strength. His treatment of Jingle Village shows that he uses fear as his main method of command, keeping the mayor captive so the villagers cannot resist him. When Goku reaches him, White’s confidence collapses into desperation, and he shoots the mayor rather than accept defeat honorably.

His main superior is Commander Red, whose Dragon Ball hunt gives White authority over the northern operation. White commands the soldiers of Muscle Tower and uses fighters like Ninja Murasaki as obstacles against intruders. Android 8 is meant to be one of his weapons, but White fails to control him because 8 refuses to kill. His enemies are Goku and the people of Jingle Village, with the mayor serving as the hostage White uses to keep the village obedient until Goku and Android 8 break his hold.

General White has no ki techniques and is not shown as a serious martial artist. His danger comes from command authority, firearms, and the defenses of Muscle Tower. His personal weapon is a Hyper-Gun, which he uses for cowardly surprise attacks rather than fair combat, including shooting Goku after pretending the conflict is over.

In power comparison, General White is above ordinary Red Ribbon soldiers because of rank and control over Muscle Tower, but he is far below the real fighters in that arc. Goku reaches him after breaking through the tower’s forces, and Android 8 defeats White with a single punch once White harms the village chief and takes a cheap shot at Goku. Compared with Ninja Murasaki or Major Metallitron, White is more of a commander than a battlefield threat; compared with Goku or Android 8, he is completely outmatched.
