Draga) Important planet(s): Yogypore(2 trillions), Yagd(10 billions), Wilwatee(5 billions), Zungnoruma(4 billions) Most populated race: Cuni Biology: The Cuni are an agile, adaptable and mostly vegetarian race of humanoids that has a pair of upward pointing secondary ears. Height ranges from 140 to 150 cm tall. Have some of the most muscular thighs in all humanoid species, this made them able to jump very high compared to their size. Hair colors range from gray, black, brown, etc. Culture: Identical with carrots as their staple food. Carrot mash, purees, deep fried carrots, carrot flour, breads, and cakes.
Technological advancements: antimatter, fusion, conversion drives, plasma, laser technology, electromagnetic technology, Whimsy space FTL technology FTL technology The FTL technology of this galaxy uses the Whimsy space to travel at speeds faster than light. There are two ways to travel in Whimsy space:
- Whimsea sailing Whimsea sailing is chaotic and dangerous. It is mostly used on large ships, as smaller FTL capable vessels cannot. However with accurate enough calculations, predictions, skilled navigators and powerful computers, it is instantaneous.
- Neural highways Neural highways are 'strings' from the Whimsea that connects realspace with Whimsy space. Each highways have different speeds and length and thus creating interstellar trade routes.
Galactic geography The Longbright galaxy is a structure of hundreds of billions of stars structured in a tentacle-like 'arms' spiralling out from the supermassive black hole in the center of the galaxy. The inner Noruma is where most of the galaxy's most important worlds is located. These worlds include Yogypore, Yagd, Wilwatee and Zungnoruma.
Wonders The galaxy hosts a large number of natural and artificial wonders of unknown ancient civilizations. The most well known of all natural wonders of this galaxy is the Sagita supermassive black hole located in the Sagita constellation, a magnetar is located near it aswell. The Columnar Fort is an unknown and ancient Mckendree cylinder located in the Zungnoruman system. A habitable space exists within the Fort that the Zungnorumans eventually colonized in the past. The artificial world appeared in many folklores of the galaxy and including to Zungnoruman legends, it helped them to defend against Draganian expansion. Another artificial wonder is the moon Nusan, a broken Matrioshka brain, it was turned into a giant factory, battle station and a logistical superweapons by building a Whimsy Space drive by the ancient Draganian Empire. Although it is powered by the Whimsy Space, the population and mean psychic strength of the Draga affects its potential. It is still running and protects the isolationist Draga system that is located in a lawless part of the galaxy from pirates and raiders.
Races •Cani Biology: Robust, bipedal, muscular and highly social. Average height around 160-170 cm. Muscular builds, diverse hair colors(tawny, grey, or black), prominent canines, and keen olfactory senses. Diet is omnivorous. Possess exceptional endurance and resilience. Most prominent physical distinguishing trait are their secondary canid ears and a hairy tail. Social traits: Highly social pack-and oriented, they value loyalty, protectiveness of loved ones. The Cani are usually loyal and has quite low intragroup violence. However they can be more defensive against others who they are not familiar to. Culture: Most Cani planets and enclaves today pledge allegiance to peace, democracy and the security of the Galactic Forum. They are the closest meat-eating race to many vegetarian races in relations, so close that any Cani who committed brutality against an individual of a vegetarian race will be branded as Lupo. •Feli Biology: Lean individualistic humanoid carnivores. Average height is 155-165 cm. Posses a pair of secondary ears and a long fluffy tail. Some have striped or dotted skin patterns. Could alternate their eyes between round pupils and slit pupils. •Urkhsho Biology: Large muscular humanoids with fluffy hair and bulky body. Diet is omnivorous, known for their sweets, honey and mead. Average height about 185-195 cm. Posses a secondary pair of round fluffy ears, have prominent canines and are very strong. •Goh Biology: Large, tall and muscular vegetarian humanoids. Average height is 180-200 cm. Males are proportionally very muscular while females have large, and productive breasts. •Draga Biology: Large and powerful omnivorous humanoids who can control the flow of the Whimsea. Average height about 180-200 cm without height difference between sexes. Have a pair of keratinous horns that grow from scalp to the back and a long rough tail. Could alternate their pupils from being round to slit. Culture: Invented most of the galaxy's interstellar infrastructure. The Empire was an aristocratic oligarchy, where the most influential, powerful, inventive and competent Sorcerers rule the oligarchy, based on their home planet, Dragapore. Draga mystics believed the civilization that built the Columnar Fort, (Urhumanoids) made modern humanoids from urhumanoids that left behind as all have the same traits; humanoid, bipedalism, forward-facing eyes, flat neotenic faces, identical organ placements and structures (including mammary glands and genitals), omnivorous digestive potential (not behavior and neurology) and more than 95% genetic similarity. The Draga are pushed back to their homeworld. Fell from trillions of Draga to only few billions in population. Most Draga of today live in their isolationist home system. Modern culture based on redeeming sin by creating an isolationist but post scarcity sustainable society.
The Protectorate An organization allying with the Forum Council, the Protectorate is an organization not partaking in any side of Forum politics and not subordinate to any councilor. An organization of Whimsy space navigators, scientists and those who possesses the powers of the Whimsea. A member who has the clearance to investigate, navigate, and manipulate the energies of Whimsy space to make peace in a galaxy of disagreeing member states and defending Whimsy routes is called a Protector. One could argue that the Protectorate is a diverse and loose international alliance of supernatural investigators.

Pre-Forum history Many digitized and material records said that thousands of years after the fall of the Draganian Empire due to a disaster caused by Whimsy space, multiple warring states appeared in the galaxy, each one outbreeding, displacing and killing the remaining Draga. Due to the mass displacement projects of the ancient Draga, most of modern species forget their homeworld and thus the inner Noruma region was born. Thousands of years skipped, inner Noruma region declared the Daucine Jihadum, which displaced many species from already colonized planets and establishing Cuni domination in the galaxy, due to the paranoia of herbivore species caused by the expansion of the Ursus empire. After the Daucine truce came the Galactic Dark Ages, centuries of lost records. The only remaining records spoke of the existence of evil sorcerers and cults worshipping incomprehensibly evil beings from Whimsy Space. What is truly known and truly attested is that one major Neural Highway shifted or changed its natural course. Until, the Eku settled on Ekuuna and declare the Ekuuna crusades. The Eku as a culture has been a nomadic civilization sailing the void through migratory O'Neill cylinders. With population in the trillions and a considerable demography being militarily capable, this made Ekuuna powerful in a post apocalyptic galaxy. Now as Ekuuna, their crusades consequently caused the formation of the Galactic Forum.
Materials Void-matter: a class of matter that contains Whimsy Space energy. Can be found on Void-worlds, planets with large deposits of Void-matter that are more often inhabitable. Void-matter has the energy density of nuclear at the maximum, which is not overly powerful but still with exotic applications. Void-matter is used to make blanksteel, electroshields, electroblades, and even element guns are made from Void-matter. There are 3 forms of natural raw Void-matter each corresponding with the three states of regular matter: 1. Void-oil, which perpetuate beamstorms and void-oil rains, 2. Void-crystal, which causes crystal dust storms, 3. Void-gas, which causes demon flames on planets Blanksteel: an alloy derived from Void-matter that is mostly used for mind programmable bullets. Such bullets are able to conjure effects such as electroshocking, irradiating, burning, poisoning the target from the shooter's intent. Lockium: an alloy that lock in the same range to the center of gravity as it is forged. If displaced would 'fall' into its original orbital range/elevation. If displaced far enough from a celestial body, will orbit its own original position. First discovered by Draganian Empire scientist and Engineers thousands of years go, it was then used in multiple applications everywhere in the galaxy. Can be found when some asteroids or even planets are shifting into Whimsy space (could be artificial) then thrown back again to real space.
Void-matter applications The most popular forms of Void-matter derived technology are personal energy shields or Electroshields, blades that cut through matter by weakening the electromagnetic force of atoms or popularly known as Electroblades and Mattercleavers and Void-beams which are beam of lightspeed fast particles resembling lasers that could be selected to affect specific materials while being harmless to other forms of atomic matter. Void-beams and industrially wonderful as industrial applications of it could cut multiple tons of steel while not interacting at all with organic matter.
Mysteries Columnar Fort never has used Whimsy space despite being able to generate gravity beams that have thrown Nusan at relativistic speeds. The technology itself is purely real space. Some theories suggests that the ancient megastructure had real-space FTL which is known to violate causality. All of their technology left indicates they might not use Whimsy Space at all. The cake is a large suspiciously spacecraft-shaped object made literally out of cake drifting in the orbit of the planet Sagra of the Sagra star system. Many theories suggest that it might be the product of a failed Whimsea sailing.

The Draga species hails from Dragapore, a planet with less of its surface covered in water compared to earth and most other perfectly habitable planets in the rest of the galaxy. Continents in such world tend to be dy while islands are the most habitable regions with the most arable land.
Psychic powers
Draga natural universal psychic abilities is a mystery; it has been suggested before that their entire neurology is psychic. Other species have extremely rarely birth psychic individuals with most of their psychic activity being located near the pineal gland, Draga centers of Whimsy Space frequencies are in all neuron cells though still heavily focused near the brain. Their psychic powers are due to a greater presence in Whimsy Space and access to it. This made them able to vaguely feel each other's emotions through touch, have supercomputer gut feelings that even their children could perform calculus by instinct when trained, and have reflexes orders of magnitude faster than their rational mind. With enough training, a Draga can consciously control bodily functions operated by the autonomic nervous system. It's also widely known that the Draga feel emotions so deep that their own forms of communication, expressions and psychic powers aren't able to accommodate. This doesn't mean the Draga are stoic, they do have a diverse spectrum of personalities not less than that of other species. The Draga is outwardly an average humanoid species but inwardly all that average tuned up. The Cani is the most 'average' humanoid species. Their cognition is humanely alien, they feel emotions, they get angry, sad, happy, frustrated, they overthink, logic and rationality, philosophy and ponder the meaning of life, they did wars, imperialism, renaissance, revolutions, they like math, linguistics, art, albeit amplified in intensity and speed.
Biology
The modern Draga species do not have height difference between sexes albeit between isolated populations. Modern multicultural galactic stereotyping states that the best way to distinguish male and female Draga is by looking at their breast size and breast 'superpowers' - which is not true, there might be some Draga males curvy enough to look like a flat chested female, the vast majority of Draga males are less curvy and possess a body without broad shoulders.
Breasts
It is known that Draga women have the some of the largest consistent sized breasts of any humanoid species in the galaxy, which the Goh took as the first position. The Goh's large size is due to fat storage and lactation, as a Goh and a Caprot woman lactates as much as in excess of 3 liters at the peak of lactation. The Draga however, produce only twice the lactation of a humanoid of the same size to four times at most, often lactating as much as 2 to 2.5 liters per day, in which the average is about 750 mililiters per day. The breast structure of a female Draga is resilient to ptosis and hormonal imbalances, making them stay in quite a consistent size where their breasts rarely shrink even during in starvation and enlarge during lactation. The breasts is known to have homogenous average size, with even less deviation than other humanoid species in distribution. Draga breasts have a fleshier, denser texture due to a combination of mammary alveoli that stays in size, stronger connective tissues and the high collagen content of the skin of the breasts. There are more blood vessels in the breasts of the draga forming a network of super complex capillaries that helped as an extra organ for thermoregulation. Their breasts are also as erogenously responsive as their genital clitoris that Draga females commonly reach orgasm through simulating their breasts. This practically made their breasts have function as an extra primary erogenous zone that enhances social bonding and grooming and also functions as a pronounced secondary sexual characteristic. Their sensitivity is much less on the side of the breasts and are more specialized on the nipples, areolae and cleavage due to a structure called the mammary pseudohemiclitoral neural network that runs in those sensitive regions. This breast structure is genetically inherited through the X-chromosome and only expresses itself through individuals with XX chromosomes. This breast trait is so culturally influential to the rest of the galaxy that the Cani, the most integrated species to a current establishment is fond of them.
Culture
The main language of the Draga during the Draganian empire is 'The language of the great oligarchs' and considered at large in the rest of the galaxy as the Classical Draganian Language. The language descended from a culture or civilization that called themselves Wolukaä. The Draga call themselves as 'We the Serpent People' in this language. Draga societies are egalitarian in gender and quite flexible in social hierarchy. The Draganian empire was a meritocratic or technocratic oligarchy that became corrupt overtime and thus a civil war broke out. The Draga then became depopulated overtime due to their low birth rates. The Draga birth rate is also conditioned by their psychic powers and the fact that the Draga are the most K-selected humanoid species. Psychic powers granted a degree of control in immune system and their biology. This made the Draga known by their longevity and low mortality due to diseases. Psychic powers also influenced their high degree of physical barriers. While the Draga are mostly sex positive that recreational sex is common, penetrative and reproductive sex are less than in other humanoid species. This influenced their perspective that vaginal sex are viewed as mostly for procreation.
