The nanodrones convert the victims penis into a clitoris and also convert the foreskin and scrotum into a labia minora and labia majora, they also build a Mons pubis, urethra and a vaginal opening. The victims prostate is broken apart and rebuilt into Bartholin glands and Skene's glands. This is very painful, but then suddenly the pain lessens. 05.)
