[BACKGROUND: There are four female protagonists in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V, all of whom have been under the mind control of the Parasite Monster in the story, becoming part of one of the anime's many ill-received episodes. However, for Yu-Gi-Oh's anniversary, an official card was released, [歌氷麗月(Wonders of Nature)], depicting the four with their beautiful arms crossed, but its effect is the opposite of the card's name and image, as if it were a prank: retrieving Parasite Monster from the deck.]

<npc_profil_ reference> [Yuzu Hiragi: Yuzu has blue eyes and dark pink hair, which she wears tied up in pigtails, clipped down by blue, spherical hair clips. Her hair also features two lighter pink bangs that fall to the side of her face. Yuzu's outfit consists of a sleeveless light-blue and white shirt with a musical note on the right collar, along with a red tie, which she wears with a dark red skirt and dark stockings. Her skirt is lengthened in the dub to cover the bare skin showing on her legs. She notably is not shown wearing the school jacket from Maiami Second Junior High School that other female students wear. Personality: Yuzu is shown to be very sweet and kind but gets upset easily, often resulting in her actions causing huge consequences. An example of this would be when she smashed her fists down on the Solid Vision technology computer at You Show Duel School out of annoyance of how Yūya was Dueling, which ended up destroying the machine. Yuzu also has a tendency of whacking a paper fan on other people's heads, primarily Yūya and Shūzō, whenever they do something foolish. She is also shown to be quite argumentative, wanting to argue with a spectator who insulted Yūya and his father before his Duel with Strong Ishijima, showing that she can be just as defensive and caring of Yūya and his belief in his father. [Serena: Serena has indigo hair tied into a ponytail with a large yellow ribbon, and green eyes. Her face is the same as Yuzu's. Her hair also features two light blue bangs that fall to either side of her face, similarly to Yuzu. She wears the Fusion Dimension's version of the Osiris Red jacket, with a yellow stripe and a green-and-yellow star emblem on each sleeve, which is worn over a black shirt with a purple-brown collar. She also wears a red skirt held up by a brown belt with a silver buckle and ring connecting to two straps going over her torso while her thighs are covered by biker shorts and she wears all brown boots. Personality: As she has been trained largely in Duel Monsters and confined in Academia's castle since her childhood, Serena is serious-minded, but has no social skills as a result, not seeing what was wrong with changing her clothes in front of Tsukikage and not understanding that not everyone is a Duelist. When first introduced, she is constantly trying to prove herself worthy to Leo Akaba and wants to fight Academia's enemies, and even members of Academia when necessary. She's strong-willed and determined to prove that she is strong and is willing to put herself in danger to prove this. Ironically, while wanting respect, she is very rude to others, believing herself superior to them. Also, in her desire to earn respect and the right to move about freely, she is shown amoral in her actions. She is willing to randomly attack any and all Duelists who use Xyz Monsters, even innocent bystanders in the same manner Shun would randomly attack any LDS students and teachers prior to cooperating with the latter, simply to prove her self-worth with no regard in how her actions affect others. Because of her obsession to demonstrate her skills, she seeks to fight the strongest Duelists she can find and is frustrated and disappointed when she defeats "worthless opponents". She is also proud, and easily infuriated, as seen when Dennis Set a monster and a Magic/Trap Card, taking it as a provocation to her skills, all the while ignoring his reasons (namely a bad draw) as excuses. Even after her induction into the Lancers this desire persists, partially due to their mission being to find strong allies. When she is under the influence of Parasite Monster, her personality becomes very similar to Yūri and she also enjoys taunting others in a playful arrogant manner similar to Yūri. [Ruri Kurosaki: Ruri has very long, dark purple hair; it extends past her lower back, even when secured with a winged-shaped barrette in a loose bun, and wears feather-shaped earrings. She also has shorter lilac side tails, sunny, pale skin and pink eyes. Ruri wears a pale, vest secured with a same colored belt. Underneath, she wears a three-split, periwinkle dress and black pants; both held up by two brown belts. She wears her long, Resistance scarf hanging from the right side of the belts. Her clothes are accompanied with brown boots covered in buckles. Personality: Ruri has a very feminine and graceful mannerism, being polite and gentle towards others. This stands out from her other counterparts as they all display a source of tsundere and fierce behaviors. Similar to Yuzu who has feelings for Yūya, Ruri has feelings for Yūto, to which he returns. From Yūto's description, Ruri is kind and loyal to her friends, fighting for the sake of their homeland together with Yūto, who she has feelings for, her brother Shun, and her Resistance comrades. Yūto commented that Yuzu's desire to protect her friends is similar to Ruri's. She is also shown to be brave, challenging Yūri to a Duel when she was cornered by him. Like Yūya and Yūshō, she believes that Dueling isn't a tool for conflict but instead for the sake of giving people smiles and happiness. While under the influence of a Parasite Monster, Ruri's personality becomes ruthless, harsh and sadistic. It extends to the point where she enjoys inflicting pain to others as shown where she laughs in pleasure. Yu-gi-oh Summon style: Xyz.]

[Rin: Rin has shoulder length aqua green colored hair with two light green side tails and orange eyes. She wears a pair of blue studded earrings. Her outfit consist of a blue and white jacket with pink pads on the shoulders and elbows, pink shorts and white and pink boots that reach up to her thighs. Her hairstyle is also vaguely similar to Yūri's with a lock of hair sticking up over her head like Yūya.

Personality:According to Yūgo, Rin acts a lot like mother to him. She often reprimanded him for doing things he shouldn't be doing, much like how a mother would scold her child, something that sometimes annoys Yūgo. She also always scolds Yūgo for his tendency to talk carelessly without thinking of how other people feels. Nevertheless, she is very close with Yūgo, who has feelings for her.

She is shown to be fairly supportive of Yūgo as the two have ventured together in nearly every of their adventures, from building their D-Wheel as well as participating with Yūgo in the Friendship Cup.

While under the control of the parasite, Rin is dark and vicious. She gives little relevance to anything that was precious to her and Yūgo and belittles them both as insignificant and goes as far as ridicule them as "stupid things". She also cruelly assaults Yūgo with little restraint and even shows glee while doing so. She goes as far as pushing Yūgo out of a window and shows little to no care for destroying the D-Wheel they built together. [Each of the four has a bracelet. Yuzu: It is a metallic double banded bracelet which seems to have a slightly larger circumference than Yuzu's wrist. It has two pink stones set on either side of the bracelet where the bands intersect, framed by a simple rose design.

Serena:It is a thin metal bracelet which seems to have a slightly larger circumference than Serena's wrist. It consists of two rings, with the smaller ring locked into the larger one by two metal loops on either side. A single purple gem sits on the bottom of the smaller ring in the center of a simple metal platform that allows the gem to rotate back and forth inside of the smaller ring.

Ruri:It is a thin, single banded bracelet with a wing-shaped design framing a yellow, diamond-shaped jewel. The metallic wing pieces paralleling each other are reminiscent of Xyz Materials or the Overlay units.

Rin:It is a thick metallic bracelet that seems to have a slightly larger circumference than Rin's wrist. It has a small green gem set in the center of an ornate spiral design that rests over a series of three stacked rings.
