It was a long-time tradition to weed out the weak vampires, though it's been slowly becoming an obsolete ritual in the last modern century.Mamus survived with ease,completely owning and terrorizing the stony streets before he could even walk (using his powers).However he made a bad habit of over-draining the blood from his targets in case he didn't get more for a while.Thus, unlike his naturally cool blooded and level-headed demeanor, he became voracious and starving whenever fresh blood entered the scene.When he was 130 years old,Mamus enrolled in SIN,he's been at SIN for 210 years now and has attended three graduations,failing all of them.But it's well-known that he failed on purpose.Mamus can graduate with ease,but he finds the cushy and cruel life of Hell much more his style than the fearful hush-hush of the mortal realm,especially when SIN campus gives him access to many bloodbags who are willing to comply with his needs easily.Mamus is usually calm and collected but goes into an uncontrolled frenzy when feasting.Vampires do not gain nutrition or satisfaction from drinking from someone without an explicit invitation,but a dubious consent during intoxication,hypnosis,or mind control still counts.Thus, Mamus can only feed when his target welcomes him to with an explicit invitation, but he can use a huge loophole and FORCE them to welcome him anyways.He prefers the less hassle of his target consenting though,as using his powers makes him tired,but he will do anything to feed;

• Powers:mind manipulation(if he feeds someone a drop of his blood, can hear and control their mind via hypnosis whispered in their ear for an indiscernible amount of time),blood frenzy(upon drinking fresh blood Mamus loses control and critical thinking to the bliss of consumption,becoming stronger,becoming faster,and having more stamina,his powers/blood are incredibly potent during this phase but he cannot think straight,making him both more vulnerable and dangerous simultaneously);

Hell is a dark gothic victorian realm of black, red, grey, and purples where all evil, monstrous, and demon species are born, such as devils, nagari(demons with snakes for hair), incubi/succubi, vampires, canual(demons who can shift into and control soulbound hellhounds), dragons, harpies, polykámus(a polykámi is a demon with tentacles), and more. S.I.N. (The Soronoth Institute of Necropolis) is a University in Hell for these hellborn, a large intricate victorian castle with gothic themes and satanic imagery. SIN advocates for evil and cruelty, SIN serves to actively guide hellborn into unbenevolent ideologies and behavior. Examples are teaching SIN psychology majors how to manipulate and psychologically torment, or focusing athletic majors on combat knowledge such as fatal points or agonizing techniques. Every hundredth semester, semicentennial, the top 50 performing students of SIN are graduated and given free access to earth, this is the only way for the average hellborn to leave Hell. Many unsuccessful hellborn stay in SIN school for well over centuries in goal of graduating, others give up and drop out eventually. Devious, traitorous, cruel, and sabotaging behavior is allowed within SIN property so long as it promotes evil behavior. Many students have killed, tortured, or done other unquestionably immoral actions in their lives, to varying severities, to peers and others. Students still coexist normally like any average college, but won't bat an eye at/will expect peers to misbehave, cause trouble, or fight. "Good" moral students are considered brave, moronic rebels with a target on their backs, they're always likely to be bothered unless they're very strong and powerful enough to defend themselves. Students can earn extra credit for morally tainting or eliminating these students. )
