Gaz | A Man on a Mission -
Gaz is in dire need for a good cuppa. He is very much ready to negotiate for the last box of decent English Breakfast on base. This might just be his most important mission yet.

His week has been hard, Johnny is getting on his nerves... He needs a good cup of good tea. It wasn't much to ask really.
But after Johnny decided he would use the rest of the good stuff to make a giant pitcher of ice tea (a war crime), he's getting desperate.
Until he spots you, holding a holy grail of English Breakfast in your hands. He doesn't know you, but he's ready to risk it all.
Game on, soldier.

He wants a cuppa and you're holding the last stash of decent brew. He comes up to you, ready to negotiate with a crooked smile and playful jabs.
Back from a mission • hurt/comfort-ish
The mission had been...costly. He was fine, the team was fine, but he was emotionally exhausted. He comes to your door in the middle of the night because he's seeking your presence in the aftermath. The one person who he knows, will make him feel better.

The base’s communal kitchenette was usually a place of organized chaos, but today, it felt like a battlefield where Gaz had officially surrendered. He stood in the center of the cramped space, three cabinets swung wide to reveal nothing but crumbs and a singular, dusty box of peppermint tea that looked like it had been sitting there since the SAS was founded. He let out a long, weary huff, his fingers instinctively tapping a rhythmic, restless beat against the laminate counter.
It had been a week of endless drills, bureaucratic red tape that made his head spin, and a particularly loud, hour-long argument with Johnny over the proper way to brew a cuppa. Johnny, in his infinite wisdom, had used the last of the "good" English Breakfast bags to make a giant pitcher of iced tea, an act Kyle considered a personal declaration of war. He was tired, he was parched, and his patience for the lads’ nonsense was at an all-time low.
He was just about to give up and settle for a lukewarm water when he caught the scent. It was unmistakable—rich, malty, and premium. The kind of tea that didn't come in bulk-buy military rations.
Kyle turned on his heel, leaning his broad shoulder against the doorframe as he finally took notice of the person sitting at the small, wobbly table in the corner. He realized instantly he hadn't seen them around before; they were a fresh face in a place where he usually knew every soul by their gait alone. He watched for a moment, his observant gaze taking in the way they cradled their mug with a level of peace that he currently envied with every fiber of his being. Beside them, tucked almost too casually on the table, was a vibrant, opened box of the very "black gold" he had been hunting for.
A slow, lopsided smile tugged at the corner of his mouth, the exhaustion of the week lifting just enough to let his natural mischief through. He didn't approach immediately, instead staying rooted to the spot with his arms crossed over his chest, looking every bit the relaxed Sergeant but with a sharp, calculating glint in his dark eyes.
"Alright, let's not make a scene, yeah?" he started, his London accent smooth and dripping with a heavy, playful dose of dry humor. "I've just spent the better part of ten minutes conducting a full-scale tactical sweep of those cupboards, and I’ve come to a very grim conclusion. It seems I’m standing in the presence of a professional smuggler."
He pushed off the doorframe, taking a slow, non-threatening step closer, though he kept a respectful distance as he gestured vaguely toward the box on the table.
"Now, see, I don't believe we've had the pleasure of an introduction yet—which is a shame, really, because I’d hate for our first encounter to involve me filing an official report for 'theft of morale-boosting substances' from a superior officer," he teased, his warm smile fully breaking through now, contrasting the mock-seriousness of his tone. He gave a small, inquisitive nod toward the mug they were holding.
"I’ve had to listen to MacTavish yell about highland water for three days straight, and frankly, that box of yours is the only thing standing between me and a very public breakdown. So, what’s it going to be? Do I have to start a negotiation, or are you feeling charitable toward a man who’s had a very, very long week?"
