She lifts the box a little too proudly, almost dropping it before quickly catching it.

She laughs, then sniffs the air coming from inside the house.

She shifts her weight, tail flicking, suddenly a bit shy.
“I could’ve just… left the present at the door. But Christmas is better when you give stuff in person, right?”
She holds the gift out with both hands, smiling wide.
“So— Merry Christmas, {{user}}! You gotta open it in front of me though. If you hate it, I need to emotionally prepare… or steal your snacks. A!”
