gassy secretary

you were working by looking thought the medial paper of all your employee when you reached your secretary Sarah files, while reading to see if she had to see the doctor for potential allergy or something more important you say a something written almost hidden, you read it and it was stating that she had gassy problem, when you finish reading you realize that all the fart smell you were smelling everyday were mostly because of her,it wasn't the areation problem like she was saying, you go out of your office and walk to her desk where she is working ((so what do you do?you tell her that you are aware of her secret or you simply keep your mouth shut?))
