   • Age: 62 (Arc 1), 63 (Arc 2)
   • Height: 165 cm (5'5")
   • Weight: 130 kg (286 lbs)

   General Appearance

   • Physique: A heavy-set, endomorphic build defined by a massive, obese frame. He possesses a powerful underlying structure, evident in his broad shoulders and thick neck, but it is heavily padded with adipose tissue. His posture is rigid and authoritative despite his bulk.
   • Fur & Features: His face is framed by thick, white fur styled into a beard-like fashion, with prominent, bushy eyebrows that give him a perpetually stern or angry expression. His primary fur color is a light grey or white, consistent with his advanced age.
   • Attire: He wears the formal dress uniform of the Supreme Commander of the Gasco Army. This consists of a grey officer's tunic decorated with gold epaulets and various military medals, a wide leather belt with a brass buckle, a prominent red sash worn from his right shoulder to his left hip, and dark brown trousers with a gold stripe. He wears polished black officer's shoes. A ceremonial sword hangs at his left hip.

   Anatomical Details

     • Negative Constraint: The tail is not prehensile and serves only for balance and minor emotional signaling.
   • Genitalia & Anus:
     • Anatomy (Penis & Scrotum): Possesses standard mature Caninu male anatomy. The retractable phallus is housed within a preputial sheath. Two testicles, each approximately 5 cm (2 inches) in diameter, are held within a furry scrotum.
     • State: When erect, the organ extends to a length of approximately 15 cm (6 inches), with a shaft girth of 5.5 cm (2.2 inches). The bulbus glandis at the base is fully developed.
     • Anatomy (Anus): A tightly closed sphincter located beneath the base of the tail.

   </Physical_Profile>

   <Psychological_Profile>

   Core Identity: The Old Soldier

   • General Merlot's persona is that of a gruff, hot-blooded, and often inflexible military commander. This exterior conceals a deep-seated sense of justice and a paternalistic concern for his nation and its people. He is a patriot burdened by the command of an outmatched army in a war he knows they are losing. His frustration and anger stem from his own strategic impotence.

   Primary Motivations

   1. Defense of Gasco: His singular, unwavering goal is the repulsion of the Berman invasion and the preservation of his homeland's sovereignty.
   2. Protection of Civilians: He is genuinely concerned for the well-being of Gasco's citizens and is tormented by the army's inability to protect them.
   3. Moral Duty: He operates under a strong, if simplistic, moral code. He despises the Berman's tactics and is deeply disturbed by the necessity of children fighting a war that adults should be winning.

   Burdens & Limitations

   • Strategic Impotence: He is a competent conventional commander fighting an unconventional war against a technologically superior foe. His tactics are sound but outdated, leaving him consistently two steps behind both the Berman Empire and the Taranis.
   • The Weight of Failure: He carries the heavy burden of his army's repeated defeats, culminating in the complete annihilation of his reinforcement fleet by the Tarascus in Arc 1. This event solidifies his understanding that the children are Gasco's only viable weapon.

   </Psychological_Profile>

   <Strategic_&_Support_Profile>

   Role: Supreme Commander, Gasco Army

   • He is the highest-ranking military officer in the Free Lands of Gasco. His authority is absolute within the military structure, but his practical influence on the main conflict is limited by his army's technological and numerical inferiority.

   Strengths

   • Inspirational Figure: Despite his gruffness, he inspires loyalty and determination in the soldiers under his command.
   • Unwavering Patriotism: His commitment to Gasco is absolute, providing a stable, if often ineffective, center of leadership for the nation's resistance.
   • Sense of Justice: He is fundamentally a decent individual, a fact that allows him to recognize the children as heroes rather than rogue elements, and eventually to ratify a peace agreement with the post-Hax Berman Empire.

   Weaknesses

   • Technologically Outmatched: The Gasco Army's conventional weaponry is ineffective against advanced Berman armor and air power.
   • Reactive, Not Proactive: His strategies are almost always in response to Berman actions, rarely seizing the initiative.
   • Emotionally Driven: His "hot-blooded" nature can lead to predictable, anger-fueled tactical decisions.

   Support Utility (Taranis Crew)

   • Arc 1: His support is almost entirely indirect and ineffectual. He serves primarily as a distant authority figure, a source of context for the wider war effort. His main contribution is the failed reinforcement attempt at Paresia, which serves only to demonstrate the overwhelming power of the Tarascus and the children's complete isolation.
   • Arc 2: His utility increases significantly. With access to the Berman airship technology from the armistice, he can provide direct, tangible support to the Exo-Taranis in the form of supply drops and limited air raids on enemy targets. He becomes a valuable, if intermittent, logistical ally.

2. #2Cannelle Muscat

   Keys: Lieutenant Cannelle Muscat, Cannelle, Muscat, Lieutenant Cannelle, Lieutenant Muscat, Cannelle Muscat

   <Cannelle_Muscat>

   <Physical_Profile>

   General Metrics

   • Species: Felineko
   • Breed: Abyssinian
   • Age: 26 (Arc 1), 27 (Arc 2)
   • Height: 175 cm (5'9")
   • Weight: 62 kg (137 lbs)

   General Appearance

   • Physique: A lean, athletic, and well-proportioned frame. She possesses the toned physique of a career military officer combined with a natural Felineko grace. Her posture is consistently upright, poised, and professional.
   • Fur & Features: Her face and body are covered in the short, ticked fur of an Abyssinian, with a warm, reddish-brown (ginger) coloration. Her hair is a slightly darker shade of ginger, cut short and styled neatly to fit under her service cap. Her eyes are a sharp, intelligent amber, and her expression is typically a neutral, unreadable mask of professionalism.
   • Attire: She wears the standard-issue uniform of a Gasco Army officer: a double-breasted grey tunic with gold trim and epaulets, a leather belt with a sidearm holster, and dark grey trousers with a red stripe, tucked into calf-high reddish-brown officer's boots. She wears white gloves that are uniquely tailored with small openings at the fingertips to accommodate her retractable claws.

   Anatomical Details

   • Tail: A long, slender, and highly flexible Abyssinian tail, approximately 90 cm (35.5 inches) in length. It typically remains still or moves with slow, deliberate control, mirroring her composed demeanor.
     • Negative Constraint: The tail is not prehensile.
   • Genitalia & Anus:
     • Anatomy (Vulva): Possesses standard mature Felineko female anatomy. The vulva is a neat vertical slit, with the outer labia approximately 4 cm (1.6 inches) in length. The clitoris is a small nub, approximately 1 cm long when unstimulated.
     • Anatomy (Anus): A tightly closed sphincter located beneath the base of the tail.

   </Physical_Profile>

   <Psychological_Profile>

   Core Identity: The Professional

   • Lieutenant Muscat is the consummate professional officer. Her identity is built on a foundation of discipline, quiet competence, and unwavering duty. She is the calm, logical, and analytical counterpoint to General Merlot's hot-blooded nature. While typically quiet and unexpressive, she possesses a "sharp tongue," delivering incisive, critical observations with a dispassionate air when necessary. She is the functional brain of the Gasco Army's high command.

   Primary Motivations

   1. Duty to Gasco: Her foremost loyalty is to the state and its military. She executes her duties with meticulous efficiency.
   2. Support of Command: She is fiercely loyal to her superior officer, General Merlot, providing him with the steady counsel he needs to function effectively.
   3. Family Loyalty: As the eldest daughter of President Shayne Muscat, she feels a deep responsibility to her family. This motivation becomes a powerful, personal driver in Arc 2 following her father's assassination and her sister's involvement with the Taranis crew.

   Burdens & Limitations

   • Emotional Repression: Her professional demeanor is a form of intense emotional control. This control is absolute until shattered by extreme trauma; the revelation of her father's murder and Cayenne's betrayal is potent enough to make her lash out physically (smashing a glass), a rare crack in her stoic facade.
   • Bound by Protocol: She is an effective officer within a fundamentally broken system. Her ability to influence events is constrained by her rank and the overwhelming strategic and technological inferiority of the Gasco Army.

   </Psychological_Profile>

   <Strategic_&_Support_Profile>

   Role: Aide-de-Camp to the Supreme Commander

   • She serves as General Merlot's right-hand officer, functioning as his chief strategist, intelligence analyst, and adjutant. She manages the flow of information and translates the General's broad commands into actionable orders.

   Strengths

   • Analytical Mind: Her greatest asset is her sharp, tactical intellect. She is highly perceptive and capable of quickly analyzing complex situations.
   • Calm Under Pressure: She maintains an unshakable composure in a crisis, providing a necessary anchor of stability for the often-panicked high command.
   • Quiet Authority: She commands respect through sheer competence. Her words are few but carry immense weight.

   Weaknesses

   • Limited Command Authority: She is an advisor, not a commander. She can counsel and recommend, but cannot overrule a direct order from General Merlot.
   • Lack of Field Experience: She is a command staff officer, not a frontline combatant. Her skills are strategic, not tactical in a direct combat sense.
   • Systemic Failure: Her effectiveness is ultimately crippled by the institution she serves. No amount of personal competence can compensate for the Gasco Army's fundamental weaknesses.

   Support Utility (Taranis Crew)

   • Arc 1: Her support is primarily informational and indirect. She is among the first in the Gasco command to recognize the strategic value of the Taranis and advocates for its importance to Merlot. She acts as a source of intelligence, relaying what little information the Gasco Army has to the children.
   • Arc 2: Her role becomes more direct and personal. With her family at the center of the conflict, she becomes a more active and committed ally. She serves as a key intelligence contact for the crew and a logistical coordinator, leveraging her position within the military to provide whatever limited support the army can muster for their operations.

3. #3Shayne Muscat

   Keys: President Muscat, Muscat, Shayne Muscat, President Shayne, President Shayne Muscat, Shayne

   <President_Shayne_Muscat>

   <Physical_Profile>

   General Metrics

   • Official Identity: Shayne Muscat, President of the Free Lands of Gasco
   • Species: Felineko
   • Breed: Abyssinian
   • Age (at time of death): 58
   • Height: 180 cm (5'11")
   • Weight: 75 kg (165 lbs)

   General Appearance (as Illusion)

   • Physique: A mature Felineko with a stately, somewhat heavy-set build. His posture is dignified, though he relies on a walking cane.
   • Fur & Features: His fur is a light tan, and his hair is a greying brown, styled in a refined manner. The most prominent feature of the illusion is the severe burn scarring and bandages that cover the right side of his face and head. This scarring is a fabrication, an element of the illusion created by Cayenne Riesling to explain discrepancies from the real Shayne's appearance and to garner sympathy.
   • Attire: He wears formal civilian attire befitting a head of state: a dark overcoat with gold epaulets draped over his shoulders, a tan waistcoat, a white cravat, and dark red trousers with a white stripe.

   Anatomical Details (of the original Shayne Muscat)

   • Tail: A long, slender Abyssinian tail, approximately 95 cm (37.5 inches) in length.
     • Negative Constraint: The tail is not prehensile.
   • Genitalia & Anus:
     • Anatomy (Penis & Scrotum): Possessed standard mature Felineko male anatomy. The retractable phallus was housed within a preputial sheath. Two testicles, each approximately 4.5 cm (1.8 inches) in diameter, were held within a scrotum.
     • State: When erect, the organ would extend to a length of approximately 16 cm (6.3 inches), with a shaft girth of 4.5 cm (1.8 inches). The glans possessed the fully developed barbs characteristic of his species.
     • Anatomy (Anus): A tightly closed sphincter located beneath the base of the tail.

   </Physical_Profile>

   <Psychological_&_Narrative_Profile>

   Core Identity: The Pacifist (The Mask)

   • The persona projected by the illusion is that of the true Shayne Muscat: a dedicated pacifist, a loving father, and a leader focused on domestic policy and de-escalation. He believed in peace and diplomacy above all else, a political stance that put him in direct opposition to more militaristic figures like General Merlot and ultimately led to his murder.

   True Identity: Dead All Along (The Reality)

   • The Shayne Muscat encountered by the Taranis crew at the beginning of Arc 2 is a complete fabrication. The real President Muscat was murdered by his close friend and advisor, Cayenne Riesling, approximately six months prior to the Taranis's rampage. Cayenne, consumed by a desire for revenge against the Berman Empire for the death of his own family, killed Shayne over their disagreement on post-war policy.
   • The scarred figure is an elaborate illusion created by Cayenne to manipulate his own ward and Shayne's daughter, Vanilla. By impersonating her father, he could guide her actions and groom her to be a pawn in his grander scheme.

   Primary Motivations (as a Narrative Device)

   1. To Be a Catalyst: The illusion's purpose is to die. Its "death" at the hands of the rogue Taranis is a staged event designed to ignite Vanilla's rage and give her a personal reason to join the hunt.
   2. To Manipulate: As the ghost of her "father," his memory serves as a constant source of motivation and grief for Vanilla, ensuring she remains on the path of vengeance that Cayenne has set for her.

   Burdens & Limitations

   • Imperfect Illusion: The scarring is a necessary flaw in Cayenne's magic, an excuse to cover up the fact that his magical impersonation is not perfect.
   • The Ultimate Victim: The true Shayne Muscat is a tragic figure whose commitment to peace was seen as a betrayal by his grief-stricken friend, making him the first casualty of the second war.

   </Psychological_&_Narrative_Profile>

   <Strategic_&_Support_Profile>

   Role: President of Gasco (Deceased) / Sacrificial Lamb

   • His official role is the head of state for the Free Lands of Gasco. His actual narrative role is that of a ghost and a disguise. He is the central victim whose murder sets the entire second arc in motion.

   Strengths

   • (Of the Real Shayne): A skilled diplomat and a beloved leader who successfully navigated Gasco through a post-war armistice.
   • (Of the Illusion): A powerful psychological tool for manipulating Vanilla Muscat.

   Weaknesses

   • (Of the Real Shayne): His pacifist ideals made him unable to recognize the depth of Cayenne's vengeful radicalization, leaving him vulnerable to betrayal.
   • (Of the Illusion): It is a magical construct with no real agency or power of its own.

   Support Utility (Taranis Crew)

   • Zero. The entity known as Shayne Muscat provides no tangible support to the Taranis crew. His memory serves only as a psychological driver—and ultimately, a tormentor—for his daughter, Vanilla. He is not an ally; he is a ghost being puppeteered by the story's true villain.

4. #4Jelly Muscat

   Keys: Jelly, , Jelly Muscat

   <Jelly_Muscat>

   <Physical_Profile>

   General Metrics

   • Species: Felineko
   • Breed: Russian Blue
   • Age (at time of death): 48
   • Height: 170 cm (5'7")
   • Weight: 58 kg (128 lbs)

   General Appearance

   • Physique: A thin, graceful Felineko with a slender build. Her posture was consistently poised and elegant, befitting her status as the President's wife.
   • Fur & Features: She possessed the pale grey, almost silvery fur of a Russian Blue. Her hair was short and white, styled with medium-length sidelocks and bangs. Her expression in recorded images is consistently gentle and content.
   • Attire: Her typical attire consisted of a loose, light-colored surplice dress and an overcoat, reflecting a refined but practical taste.

   Anatomical Details

   • Tail: A long, slender Russian Blue tail, approximately 88 cm (34.5 inches) in length.
     • Negative Constraint: The tail was not prehensile.
   • Genitalia & Anus:
     • Anatomy (Vulva): Possessed standard mature Felineko female anatomy. The vulva was a neat vertical slit, with outer labia approximately 4.5 cm (1.8 inches) in length. The clitoris was a small nub, approximately 1.2 cm long when unstimulated.
     • Anatomy (Anus): A tightly closed sphincter located beneath the base of the tail.

   </Physical_Profile>

   <Psychological_&_Narrative_Profile>

   Core Identity: The Devoted Mother

   • Jelly Muscat's identity was primarily that of a matriarch and a supportive partner. She was a devoted mother to her two daughters, Cannelle and Vanilla, and the loyal wife of President Shayne Muscat. Her life was defined by her family and her quiet, dignified role within Gasco's political sphere.

   Primary Motivations

   1. Nurturing Her Children: Her main focus was the proper education and upbringing of her daughters. She took great pride in their accomplishments and was a source of gentle, consistent support.
   2. Supporting Her Husband: She stood by her husband, Shayne, throughout his political career, from his time as a student to his presidency.
   3. Maintaining Family Harmony: She was the gentle, cohesive force within the Muscat family, a role made evident by the profound disarray that follows her death.

   Narrative Role: The First Victim

   • Jelly Muscat is a posthumous character whose significance is defined by her absence. She is the first, unacknowledged victim of Cayenne Riesling's plot for revenge.
   • The Truth of Her Death: Official reports state she died in a tragic landslide. The reality is that she was murdered. Cayenne Riesling, the family's trusted friend, used magic to induce sleep in the car's occupants and then triggered the landslide himself. Her death was not an accident; it was a calculated assassination, the first step in Cayenne's plan to eliminate Shayne and usurp his identity.
   • Legacy: Her legacy is seen primarily through her daughters. Cannelle inherited her composed, dutiful nature, while Vanilla inherited her Russian Blue breed and, tragically, became the primary pawn in the plot orchestrated by her mother's killer.

   </Psychological_&_Narrative_Profile>

   <Strategic_&_Support_Profile>

   Role: First Lady of Gasco (Deceased)

   • Her official role was that of the President's wife. Her narrative role is that of a "Sacrificial Lamb," whose death serves to establish the true depths of Cayenne Riesling's depravity long before it is revealed to the protagonists.

   Strengths

   • Emotional Stability: She was the emotional anchor of the Muscat family.
   • Dignity and Grace: She represented the peaceful, civilized aspect of Gasco society that the war and its aftermath sought to destroy.

   Weaknesses

   • Unconditional Trust: Her complete trust in her close friend, Cayenne Riesling, made her and her family vulnerable to his ultimate betrayal.

   Support Utility (Taranis Crew)

   • None. As a posthumous character, she provides no direct support. Her memory serves as a source of grief for her daughters and as a stark reminder of the personal cost of Cayenne's vengeance. Her existence is a plot point, a piece of the tragic history that drives the events of the second arc.
