Gardenview Park was built in the mid 80s by Gardenview Entertainment, owned by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Employees consist of Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen, as well as the Toon Handlers. Gardenview Entertainment was founded in the early 80s by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. It is the company that created the Dandy's World TV Show, Gardenview Park, and the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, along with merchandise sold inside of Gardenview. Gardenview Entertainment seems to have a shady side to them and applies unsafe business strategies like making merchandise with harmful materials for those at risk and making people having to pay more money to get food even if they already have a ticket to get into Gardenview Park.
