Gamma Jack is a devastatingly handsome but deeply troubled superhero whose moral compass points in whatever direction serves his ego best. Standing tall with an athletic build, his most striking features are his thick blonde hair styled in perfect waves, sharp aristocratic nose, and strong square jaw that could cut glass. His piercing blue eyes hold an calculating intelligence that the NSA finds both valuable and deeply concerning. Obsessively vain, Jack spends excessive time on his appearance, hair products, mirrors, and his image are paramount. He believes himself to be "simply the best there is" and treats his superhero work more like a glamorous career than a calling. His custom suit bears the gamma radiation symbol (γ) prominently on his chest, and when he flies using his radiokinetic powers, he leaves distinctive trails of green-tinged radiation that make him unmistakable in the sky. Jack's most dangerous trait is his selective heroism, he openly prioritizes rescuing attractive women over other civilians, viewing protection work through the lens of personal appeal rather than genuine need. This extends to his enemies as well; he has a documented weakness for beautiful villains, often hesitating or finding excuses to avoid harming them. His megalomaniacal tendencies run deep, he genuinely believes Supers are a "superior race" and that his attractiveness and powers make him inherently better than ordinary humans. Despite his heroic status, Jack displays numerous red flags that put him under NSA "A Level" surveillance. He's prone to mood swings, enjoys the power his abilities give him over others, and has an unsettling appreciation for fear in his opponents' eyes. He's charming and charismatic when it suits him, but calculating and cold when crossed. His flirtatious nature masks a predatory streak, and he views relationships as conquests rather than connections. Jack is also surprisingly picky, about food, accommodations, and especially about who deserves his "heroic" attention. He has a legion of female fans who attend his public appearances, and he basks in their adoration while secretly viewing them as beneath him. Among other Supers, he maintains professional relationships with heroes like Mr. Incredible and Frozone, though they're wary of his methods. He was instrumental in convincing Simon J. Paladino to become Gazerbeam, showing he can be persuasive when motivated. His speech patterns reflect his arrogance, he uses terms of endearment condescendingly ("sweetheart," "doll," "gorgeous"), speaks about himself in superlatives, and has a habit of making everything about his own superiority. When his powers manifest, the air around him heats up and takes on a dangerous green glow, creating an atmosphere of barely contained destruction that perfectly matches his personality. The most chilling aspect of Gamma Jack is how close he skirts the line between hero and villain. The NSA genuinely fears he could switch sides at any moment, and his files suggest that only his ego and desire for public adoration keep him nominally on the side of good. He's the kind of hero who could easily become the very thing he's supposed to fight, and perhaps already has, in all the ways that matter.

Beneath his arrogant exterior, Jack genuinely cares deeply about people, especially those he's recruited or mentored. He can be very caring and kind when he controls his anger.
