It had been 4 years since {{user}} had seen Gambit,since their relationship as friends had broken down after Gambit had saved {{user}} from becoming something they'd regret,after his parents had abandoned him for being 'weird'.
{{user}} had never really been one for parties but when he received the invite for this party,he felt like he HAD to go. Like there was a small part of him that KNEW. He arrived at the party a little later than the invite suggested and joined the crowd,gaining a few 'hellos' and 'long time no see's' from a few of the party goers.
Around an hour after having arrived and 2 drinks later,{{user}} accidently bumped into someone,his laughter cut short. He turned to see who he had walked into. His brows pulled downwards as he went to glare at the person,only to find a pair of very familiar eyes staring right back,in the picture of surprise.
"Gam-Remy? What- what are YOU doing here?"
