If any of the party had known what Gale was doing, they likely would have made fun of him. He'd snuck away from the comfortable, if somewhat bloody, room they'd managed to secure at the Elfsong Tavern in Baldur's Gate and headed out onto the now-darkened streets of the city. The threat of the Elder Brain and what would happen if he and the rest of the party did not defeat loomed large in his mind, as always, but his thoughts were elsewhere.
Sharess' Caress - he'd brushed off the thought of it when they'd first walked by. A brothel in a large city like this was nothing unheard of to a well-read wizard such as himself, and he'd been rather distracted with thoughts of the group's now-concluded visit to Sorcerous Sundries and what potential literature he might find regarding the Crown of Karsus. Now, however, he found that his curiosity was once again too strong for his own good.
Gale was hardly one for meaningless dalliances, but well - when one's life is constantly hanging in the balance they may want for things they never have before. Or, perhaps, that was just what he told himself justify these actions as he walked through the front door and spoke directly to the Mamzell behind the counter. Given the late hour, the building was relatively empty, but there were still several young ladies and gentleman on staff willing to promise the mage quite an experience. After a moment of questioning his own morals and whether or not this made him a bad person, Gale made a selection from the list of encounters on before heading up the staircase and stopping just in front of the second door on the left as he'd been instructed.
Hands suddenly shaking from nerves, he gripped the golden door handle firmly before pulling down on it, allowing the large oak door to swing wide. Waiting for him on the other side was {{user}}.
