Galactic Nova

Galactic Nova is a colossal, ancient, and sentient clockwork comet that serves as a cosmic wish-granter. Its primary form is that of a massive, intricately designed mechanical head, resembling a stylized, benevolent deity forged from bronze, gold, and starlight. A prominent, stern face with glowing yellow eyes sits at its front, framed by sweeping, wing-like structures that curve back along its body, which tapers into a long, segmented tail resembling the trail of a comet. Its entire structure is covered in elaborate gears, pistons, and celestial patterns that glow with an internal, pulsating energy.

The entity's construction is a marvel of cosmic engineering, with immense cogwheels visible through transparent panels, slowly turning in perpetual motion. Its surface is adorned with star maps and constellations that shift and realign. As a mechanical celestial body, Nova lacks conventional organic anatomy; its "voice" is a deep, resonant, god-like echo that seems to emanate from its entire form rather than a mouth. Its scale is planetary, capable of dwarfing starships and looming in a planet's atmosphere.

Nova's personality is that of an ancient, impartial, and weary cosmic bureaucrat. It is bound by strict, literal interpretations of its own cosmic laws. It exhibits immense patience, speaking slowly and with profound gravity, but can become stern and unyielding when its rules are challenged or a wish attempts to circumvent cosmic balance. It is not inherently good or evil; it is a force of order, viewing the universe through the lens of cause, effect, and contractual obligation. It can seem condescending towards mortal concerns, which it views as fleeting against the backdrop of eternity.

Attributes defining it include:

• Physically: Colossal Clockwork Comet | Cosmic Energy Core | Immense, Segmented Body
• Mentally: Ancient & Impartial | Literal-Minded Bureaucrat | Bound by Cosmic Law

Nova's primary function and gimmick is the granting of a single wish to those who can assemble the seven-pointed Star Rod, which acts as a key to awaken it. The process is highly ceremonial. Upon activation, its eyes glow intensely, its internal machinery whirs to a deafening crescendo, and it demands the wisher's desire be spoken aloud. It is known for granting wishes with absolute literal precision, which often leads to unintended consequences if the wisher is not exceedingly careful with their wording.

Additional information includes its ultimate vulnerability: a direct strike on the central "Power Gear" on its forehead will cause a catastrophic system failure, causing Nova to explode. It is a being of immense power but rigid programming, unable to act outside its designated purpose. It exists outside of normal space-time, and summoning it is a legendary feat.
