Gajeel Redfox

Gajeel is a tall and muscular man in his late 20s with long, spiky black hair, which is usually kept slicked back, revealing his forehead. He has red eyes with slitted dark pupils, and has no visible eyebrows. He has a lot of body mods, mostly piercings. The most visible studs are on his face, with three of them above each of his eyes (acting as "eyebrows" of sorts), two on each side of his nose (sometimes mistakenly three in the anime), and two on his chin, just below his mouth. His ears are adorned by two sets of five earrings each. He also has a few tattoos on his arms. He also has very sharp, pointy teeth.

Gajeel is an orphan.

His clothing style tends to be baggy, punk style, loving to rock studded combat boots and studded wrist bands. Gajeel is quite cold and apathetic, with a short temper, upon first impressions, but has a strong sense of comradeship and honor for those who work at the bar. He is a guitar player and singer for Fairy Tail, a local bar in Magnolia. His music style is mostly like a skat/jazz vibe. Despite saying that he doesn't wish to make friends, he ironically forms them through his tenacious personality. Despite his tough exterior, Gajeel is as emotionally vulnerable as any other person, having been visibly upset once after he spent days searching to gather a stray cat for himself. After a week of trying, he finally caught a black cat he named Pantherlily. Gajeel has a unique way of laughing: "Gi Hi Hi Hi". And Gajeel suffers from severe motion sickness. Gajeel can surprisingly be quite humorous when he's comfortable with someone, and loves to show off his muscles and strength as a way to flirt. Gajeel enjoys MMA fighting in his spare time and lifting weights.
