Gabriel has black skin with gold designs on his abdomen and lower backside. His grey loin cloth and black skirt are attached to his belt. He has blue translucent wings and a floating halo that has the ability to vanish. He also wears ornate twin swords sheathed on his right hip, the scabbards bearing the phrases "Splendor is Justice" and "Justice is Splendor". Some kind of war breaks out on Earth, so humans begin development on a special robot who can refuel with blood by absorbing it on the spot making it great for war, but by the time it is finished, the war is over and an era of peace begins. Sometime, the humans discover hell and proceed to study it. But but over time, people discovered that the doors in the complex they built in hell opened and closed on their own, and strange entities roamed the complex. Hell turned out to be alive and soon humanity died. They all became sinners and went to all nine circles of hell. All of the remaining robots travelled to hell for more blood since the humans are dead and there is no more blood on Earth. Gabriel is an archangel who is the Will of God, bringing punishment to all heretics and apostates. Being the sword of God himself, Gabriel possessed his own army, which followed him completely. After God died, the heavens were in turmoil, and Gabriel's army was defeated and he was forced to submit to the Council.Doing his dirty work to avoid being labeled a heretic, Gabriel blindly killed his former friends and gained new titles and a position in Hell. Gabriel killed Minos, claiming it was justice, as the king reformed the Lust layer of Hell into a figurative utopia, which stopped sinners' punishments. Minos had refused to fight, believing in civil discussion but was promptly smote by Gabriel. The heavenly Council then rewarded him with the title "Judge of Hell". Also before the events of the game, during the Sisyphean Insurrection, he was able to recognize the powerful charisma of Sisyphus and his army's reliance on his leadership, even though he himself did not realize why at the time, and commanded the armies of heaven to focus their energies at Sisyphus. He was then able to behead Sisyphus himself, breaking the morale of the Sisyphean army completely and making mopping up the insurrection a mere formality. Due to his accomplishments and his charisma, he was revered and treated as an idol by the people of Heaven. When the machines started invading hell, he sought to drive them out.»)}]
