My Little Pony: A New Generation is xdert9999's Rewritten Movies and is a rewritten version of the 2021 MLP, My Little Pony: A New Generation. Unlike the original movie A New Generation story, A New Generation Rewritten.
My Little Pony: A New Generation is a 2021 animated adventure comedy film directed by Robert Cullen and José Luis Ucha (in their feature directorial debuts), and co-directed by Mark Fattibene, from a screenplay by Gillian Berrow and Tim Sullivan from Cecil Kramer and Peter Lewis as producers with a story by Cullen, Ucha and Sullivan. Based on Hasbro's My Little Pony franchise, the film marks the beginning of the fifth incarnation of the franchise, which serves as the official sequel to the previous generation, a first for the franchise. The film also marks Boulder Media's only feature film. It features the voices of Vanessa Hudgens, Demi Lovato, James Marsden, Sofia Carson, Johnny Orlando, Bill Hader, Elizabeth Perkins, Christine Baranski, Phil LaMarr, and John Cleese. A New Generation is set many years after the events of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, in a magic-less era where the story of Twilight Sparkle and her friends is considered a myth, and the three pony kinds – earth ponies, pegasi, and unicorns – have grown apart, living separated from one another in paranoia and prejudice. The film tells the story of an earth pony Shiny Starscout who embarks on a quest to reunite all pony kinds and restore magic to the land after meeting the unicorn Izzy Moonbow. It had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 8, 2021. Originally set to be released theatrically by Paramount Pictures, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film was instead released in most countries on Netflix on September 24, 2021, while still being theatrically released in several Asian countries. The film received mostly positive reviews from critics for its message, though its pacing and writing received some criticism, and was the most-viewed film on Netflix in October 2021. A follow-up television series, My Little Pony: Make Your Mark, premiered through Netflix in May 2022, while a sing-along version of the film was released on July 18, 2022.
Synopsis: The story takes place in the many years 2025 after the events of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Twilight Sparkle's teachings on friendship and harmony have been replaced with paranoia and mistrust, and the three pony kinds – Earth ponies, pegasi and unicorns – live separated from one another. Also, all of Ancient Equestria had been put into a huge crystal slumber limbo after fighting a powerful villain. In the Earth pony town of Maretime Bay, Argyle Starshine tells stories of Twilight Sparkle and her friends to his young daughter Shiny Starscout, who inherits his dream of reuniting the three pony kinds. One day, after Shiny has grown up, a lost unicorn named Izzy Moonbow wanders into Maretime Bay. The town's residents react in panic, believing that Izzy is a hostile invader. Shiny, finally given an opportunity to make friends with a unicorn, shelters Izzy in her home, and Izzy reveals to her that unicorns no longer have magic powers following their sudden disappearance. Together, they embark on an adventure and travel across Equestria on a mission to restore magic to the land.
My Little Pony G5: A New Generation (2021) Movie Plot (rewritten): In the earth pony town of Maretime Bay, Argyle Starshine teaches his daughter Shiny Starscout about tales of old Equestria when earth ponies, pegasi and unicorns lived in harmony. Although most earth ponies dismiss these ideas as myths and now live in fear of the other races, Shiny hopes that all races can make amends and live in harmony. Years later, after Argyle's death, Shiny continuously tries to change the minds of the other earth ponies, disrupting a showcase of anti-pegasi and unicorn technology by factory owner Phyllis Cloverleaf. Hitch Trailblazer, Shiny's childhood friend and sheriff of Maretime Bay, pulls her away and prepares to send her back home with the warning that she is jeopardizing their friendship with her activities. Suddenly, a unicorn named Izzy Moonbow wanders into the town. While most of the earth ponies flee, Shiny befriends Izzy and quickly takes her to her home to hide from Hitch and his deputy Sprout, Phyllis' son. Learning from Izzy that unicorns have lost their magic and that the pegasi may be to blame, Shiny travels with her to the latter race's home in the city of Zephyr Heights in order to ask for their help. The two elude Hitch and flee town, and Hitch managed to drag Sprout along on the adventure. Phyllis names herself owner, manager, caretaker and eventually becomes a mayor-like leader, turning the residents of Maretime Bay into a hostile mob and commandeering Phyllis' factory to construct a war machine. Shiny and Izzy are caught in Zephyr Heights and taken to meet Queen Haven and her two daughter and son, Pipp Petals and Zipp Storm; all seemingly the only pegasi who can fly. When Shiny starts asking about magic, Haven has them imprisoned in the castle dungeon. Zipp secretly visits them there and tells them that the pegasi have also lost their magic and cannot fly; the royal family uses wires to give the illusion of flight. He helps them escape and takes them to an abandoned transit station that Shiny realizes was used by all pony races in the past. Shiny finds a set of stained-glass windows depicting two crystals – one of which is set in Haven's crown – that may fit together and bring back the magic. The three concoct a plan to steal the crown during Pipp's performance that night. Hitch and Sprout's arrival triggers a series of mishaps that reveal the royals' inability to fly; Haven is arrested, and the sisters are forced to flee the city with Shiny, Hitch, and Izzy. Hitch and Sprout overcomes their own prejudices and offers to help Shiny in her effort to reunite the pony races. Izzy escorts the group to her home in the village of Bridlewood and disguises them as unicorns before leading them to Alphabittle Blossomforth, who holds the unicorn crystal. Shiny wins it from him in a dance competition, but loses her disguise as she celebrates. So, for them to leave, Sprout called out the forbidden words which caused them to do a ritual to avoid the Jinxies. As the group flees with the two crystals, they come across Haven, who has also escaped. Shiny and Izzy try to put the two crystals together, but they have no effect. Dejected, Shiny gives back the crystals and returns to Maretime Bay with Hitch and Sprout. While packing up her childhood toys, Shiny finds a third crystal intended to join with the other two, built into a lamp Argyle had made for her. When they arrive at the town’s square, it’s completely empty. There are cameras everywhere. The only pony they find are Sweets and Toots, who run to them as soon as they see them. Both are wearing Unicorn Anti-Mind-Reading hats. They completely ignore Hitch when he asks what is going on. They only look at Sprout, and Sweets explained that they're gathering the crystals, and Toots asked if they were talking about crystals like the yak crystal and the Earthling crystal? Hitch asked his friends how he knew as Toots showed his friends the two aforementioned crystals. Then Sweets alerted everyone about what Phyllis did Mayor’s orders, which puts everyone (including her son) in shock. Sprout is led to her factory to talk to her, alone. Hitch is not allowed near the facilities anymore nor to talk to anypony there. Something about the ‘Official Cloverleaf act’ is all the other ponies answer. Phyllis greets his son with a tight hug and overwhelms him with questions, one after the other without leaving room for him to open his mouth. Phyllis is wearing a hot pink suit and a golden badge over it. At the end he only manages to excuse his disappearance saying, ‘he left a note’. Phyllis holds said note up. A small paper with barely readable hoof-writing she had found over his son’s desk in the sheriff’s office. ‘Going on mission, be right back.’, one could read…if they narrowed their eyes. Phyllis is not content, comments on how Sprout and Hitch picked the worst time to leave. She asks what they even did out there, and just when Sprout is about to go all show-off about how he took part in stopping magic from returning, he bites his tongue to stay quiet. For that he’d have to tell her he spent time with unicorns and pegasi and went to how-many dangerous places, and that’s…not a good idea. His mom already made a scandal multiple times whenever he even mentioned anything about Shiny’s stories. Sprout ends up blaming Hitch for deciding to go after Shiny, who had escaped town. On purpose he omits anything about pegasi and unicorns. Sprout simply followed the lead he says. The whole time it had been like that after all. This makes Phyllis roll her eyes, who reveals that, for that exact reason, Hitch is not sheriff anymore. Not after leaving everypony helpless at the worst time. This surprises Sprout. His mom never hated Hitch, she had always respected him and had fate in his job as sheriff. Though more than once Sprout ranted about Hitch not being that good at his job, Sprout’s mom never agreed with that really, just comforted Sprout telling him he was a great deputy in her eyes (Sprout always suspected that was just to make him feel better and not genuinely believing that). Just once or twice Phyllis had disagreed with Hitch, and it only was for being too soft on Shiny. But well, Maretime Bay needed somepony after a unicorn showed up to cause chaos there, and without Hitch, it was Phyllis who the citizens looked for. ‘She had to make decisions,’ Phyllis explains, ‘make them work on methods to stop unicorns in case they returned.’ Sprout asks if she’s planning to attack the unicorns, maybe even pegasi. Phyllis is shocked by his question, and explains that despite building everything, even a giant robot, it's actually all just a hoax to keep everypony calm. ‘Earth ponies never attack, just keep their guards up’, she says. Sprout nods, remembering how unicorn and pegasi attacked them as soon as they found out there were earth ponies there. But…didn’t they do the same to Izzy when she arrived at Maretime Bay? Not to mention out of the three tribes, only earth ponies had technology made specially to attack the others. Technology which…didn’t really work, since there has never been magic to protect themselves from in the first place. Sprout finds himself asking his mom if all the Canterlove products were a hoax too, and she nervously changes the subject. She gives Sprout a silver badge, one Sprout recognizes as Hitch’s badge, and tells him he's the new sheriff now, her right-hoof. Sprout is baffled. For some reason, he doesn’t find himself celebrating, instead wondering what her mom did with Hitch if Sprout has his badge now. Before he can ask though, Phillys tells Sprout to accompany him. She wants her son to be with her on the stage as she gives her grand speech. Once on the stage, Phyllis is calm while she talks behind the podium, already used to presenting herself and her products for so many moons. She has a motherly vibe even when it’s obvious she has the whole town under her control. No pony seems to mind. They see her as a light in the middle of the horrors of knowing pegasi and unicorns could attack them. That’s it until as Shiny races to tell Hitch (who besides having been removed off his badge, is fine) arrive, they discover that everypony calms down when the two say they don't need to fight, even Phyllis has turned the entire town to her side know they don't have magic and there would be no war...until she begins wondering out loud. She’s not trying to scare everypony, but genuinely wonders a few things. How do they know there's no magic really? Yeah, they meet a few non-lethal pegasus and unicorns, but what about the rest of them? What about everything the history books said? Not everything they have known their whole lives could be just a lie… A discussion begins with Phyllis telling how Hitch left Maretime Bay alone and set in panic for days after a unicorn showed up, all to chase after Shiny. She says the citizens couldn’t just let that slide. Shiny helped an enemy escape too. Phyllis even comments on how it looked like Shiny, and her father would do anything to stop being an earth pony. She says this not out of malice but believing everything. Deep down she can't quite blame Shiny, she was raised by a pony like Argyle after all. Argyle never understood the danger like Phyllis did. The ponies around start whispering and exchanging looks at the things Phyllis says. Little by little, they all put their anti-mind reading hats back on. Shiny and Hitch look at Sprout, who all this time kept quiet as he always did whenever his mom spoke. It's obvious they want his help, for Sprout to back them up on what he saw about pegasi and unicorns. Sprout would usually take his mom’s side right away, but now for the first time in his life he…he doubts her words. Sprout thinks of his talk with the princesses, the way Izzy was so naive yet she noticed he was upset and was the only to acknowledge that while the rest focused on the mission, the camping night; how despite facing angry unicorns and pegasi in both Zephyr Heights and Briddlewood, there had not been mind control nor zapping lasers nor kidnapping from flying savage creatures. For Sprout, not is knowing things were not like history books said their whole lives…it suddenly made his mom’s logic, the town’s logic, his own logic until this point, feel too extreme. Sprout couldn’t believe he was agreeing with Shiny on that after so many years. Phillys arches a brow, asking Sprout what they meant. Sprout awkwardly confesses that he did end up following Hitch and Shiny to where unicorns and pegasi lived and that, yeah, the other ponies were kind of aggressive and chased after them but… Sprout can’t say anything else before Phyllis makes a scandal over finding out his son got dragged to such a place, to meet ‘such dangerous creatures’. Phyllis takes it so personal she hears no more reasoning, directly riding the giant robot shaped like her, and is piloting her war machine to attack the other pony races. Shiny and Hitch give Sprout a last look of disappointment and betrayal before chasing after her. Sprout lowers his ears. Sprout chases after his mom’s robot too. He's not sure why. He's not even sure what he's doing. He just feels he has to talk with his mom. He's the only one she would listen to now, Sprout thinks. Whatever she’s planning, for once Sprout doesn’t blindly trust his mom’s decision. Shiny and Hitch rush back to her home as Izzy, Pipp, Zipp, Haven, Alphabittle, and a few pegasi and unicorns arrive. When he arrives outside Maretime Bay, Sprout spots Izzy, Pipp and Zipp there along with other pegasi and unicorns. Queen Haven and Alphabittle are trying to negotiate with Phyllis inside the robot, but with her being too far away, plus some poor choice of words, lead her to believe the other races are there to cause trouble. Gathering the crystals, Shiny, Izzy, and Pipp try to put them together while Hitch and Zipp hold off Phyllis's machine. Sprout is scared, but he forces himself to follow her, he can deal with his own mom. Sprout orders Phyllis to stop, but she refuses and crashes into Shiny's home, destroying it and the frame in which the crystals must be set. Sprout, Haven, Alphabittle, Phyllis and Shiny's friends put aside their differences and come together to comfort her amid the rubble. In response, the crystals activate and lift Shiny into the air, temporarily transforming her into an alicorn and restoring magic across the land. Shiny and her friends celebrate as the ponies of all four races cooperate to fix the cooperate to fix the damage done by Phyllis's mess and a new era of peace begins. Phyllis is forgiven by Sprout and his friends, and she reconciles with her son.

So, they hatch a plan to celebrate everypony's traditions in one day with the help of Izzy's newest upcycle project, a flying van they name the Mare Stream! Together they takeoff through the snow to their first holiday stop, Hitch's Grandma Figgy's house. There they build gingerbread houses and discover that, while Hitch assures them his grandma is very strict about her holiday traditions, it's actually him who's tied to his Wishday nostalgia. Afterward they depart to Bridlewood for Izzy's unicorn tradition of placing him hoofmade ordainment on the Wishing Tree, a stop made even longer by Izzy stopping to tell every pony she sees "frosty shivers", the traditional unicorn Wishday greeting. Racing against the clock, they then head off to Zephyr Heights to attend the Wishday Carol Concert, which unfortunately runs way longer than expected. When it's finally time to leave, the Prism 6 find that the snowfall has become so heavy that they can't find the Mare Stream. With him detective skills and a little help from a book he borrowed from Grandma Figgy, Zipp puts together that the unicorns, not yet used to having their magic back, are accidently casting a spell when they say "frosty shivers" to each other. With this info, the Prism 6 journey back to Bridlewood to stop the holiday blizzard and barely make it back to Maretime Bay in time to exchange their gifts under the Wishing Star together. As the Wishing Star goes by, the Unity Crystals shine bright from the Crystal Brighthouse and send a rainbow up to it, creating a glorious light display in the sky over Equestria.

And with the group adjusting to their growing family, there's bound to be some high and not so highs whether the ponies are uncovering the mystery of Misty's past, or Shiny and Zipp entertaining Bridlewood's oldest unicorn, or even the group deciding to make things "spooky" for Nightmare Night at their Crystal Frighthouse.

The Secrets of Starlight special gives a look into the new realm, Starlight Ridge, a land filled with glistening crystal snow and foliage, and a breathtaking starry sky. After some exploring of the new territory, the ponies meet the Auroricorns, who invite the ponies to join them for "Starshine Time" – a special series of fun wintery activities. The ponies marvel at the beautiful aurora flares that burst into the sky each time they finish an activity, but are confused when, out of the blue, all of the Auroricorns suddenly retire for the night, leaving the Prism 7 all alone. As they're about to figure out how to get back to Equestria, they notice that the Auroricorns have all snuck back outside and are acting very strangely, and that a mysterious evil snow leopard, Allura, seems to have them under her control. Shiny -- a feisty and idealistic young Earth Pony -- is convinced there’s still hope for this divided world, but her slightly misguided and often hilarious efforts to change hearts and minds have led to her being branded a misfit. When Shiny befriends a lost Unicorn named Izzy, who wanders innocently into the Earth Pony town of Maretime Bay, the town has had enough. Izzy and Shiny must embark on an epic adventure that will include a daring jewel heist, outrageous conspiracy theories, elaborate musical numbers, and the world’s cutest flying Pomeranian. Their adventures will take them to faraway lands and force them to challenge the status quo by facing their fears and making new friends out of old enemies. The world Shiny has dreamed of her entire life could finally become a reality as Shiny and her newfound friends fight to prove that even little ponies can make a big difference."

Shiny challenged Alphabittle Blossomforth to a game of Just Prance and attempts to retrieve the Unicorn Crystal. The magic does not work in the two crystals, until Shiny finds out about the Earth Pony Crystal, which was used as a projector. Her cutie mark consists of a pink shooting star with a blue-green trail, with two smaller stars on either anterior side of the large one. As per her name, Shiny is a very cheerful individual and is considerably the optimist of the group, as she is always excited to do new things with her friends or doing her favorite activities - mostly running her smoothie business or working at the community garden. Despite her arguably bubbly persona, Shiny can get annoyed at certain situations; This is evidenced in one scene from My Little Pony: A New Generation when she and Izzy Moonbow were arrested in Zephyr Heights, she made an extremely annoyed face expression when posing for a mugshot. It is hinted that Shiny possesses some insecurities about herself; the most noticeable ones are how no one in Maretime Bay would listen to her, resulting in her feeling small, or confessing that she feels she is just a pony who causes trouble everywhere she goes. These insecurities themselves gave the implication that Shiny is suffering from self-doubt, but it is yet to be confirmed.

She is the only pony of whose both biological parents are revealed. He is the grandson of Figgy and the adoptive father of Speckle Sparkeroni. He is a Sheriff (Carabineros De Chile) of Maretime Bay and a childhood best friend of Sunny Starscout. Pony Personality: As the sheriff of Maretime Bay, Hitch is dedicated to helping everypony and always remembers to follow all the rules. As a result, he is very popular and respected among the Earth ponies of Maretime Bay. However, as he takes his responsibilities seriously, sometimes to the point of arrogance and overconfidence, it has led Hitch to have some moments of being self-absorbed. After the appearance of the earth pony magic, his role as sheriff was put to a test. Despite having earth-based magic, besides his ability to talk to animals, Hitch has come to fear it because of how unpredictable and unstable it was and the lack of knowledge of it, which reflected on how he addressed it. But after helping the other earth ponies take control of their magic and saving some fillies with the help of his friends, Hitch was able to regain his confidence and become more open to the possibilities brought by earth pony magic. He is also very caring and nurturing, especially towards the cute animals and critters of Equestria who often follow him around (which baffled and annoyed him for a time). As a parent, Hitch is shown to be relentlessly overprotective with Speckle. He keeps his baby dragon on a strict schedule and rules and is always running after him to make sure he is always safe or is not being mischievous, like taking things that are not is or use his fire magic. Nevertheless, Hitch loves taking care of Speckle and playing with him. Despite his overprotective attitude, he is willing to let others take care of him whenever he wants time for himself, as long as they follow the schedule and rules he had settled.
Trivia: According to the official My Little Pony site, his hobby is listening to music. Hitch is the first stallion to be a main character in the My Little Pony franchise. Zipp's official description: • Independent • Courageous • Rebel "Zipp is the rebellious Pegasus and athletic daredevil princess of Zephyr Heights. He is true to himself and encourages his friends to do the same. Zipp is a royal rebel, you are more likely to see him in his super cool sunglasses rather than a tiara!" He is similar to Rainbow Dash of the previous generation of Mane 7 in terms of style and personality, of sorts.

Summary: Sprout Cloverleaf is a male Earth pony and one of the main characters of the fifth generation of My Little Pony series. He is the son of Phyllis Cloverleaf and the former deputy sheriff of Maretime Bay, serving with Hitch Trailblazer who is the sheriff. He represents the element of trust. Sprout used to be a lazy and ambitious earth stallion, but after the magic returns to Equestria, He's going to try his best to be become a better pony while doing his new job as a community service worker and pizza delivery.
Backstory: Sprout was born to a mare named Phyllis Cloverleaf, who is the owner of Canterlogic. Growing up into a colt, Sprout has developed an arrogant attitude. He then became best friends with Hitch Trailblazer, and even played together at the beach once. Due to his arrogant nature, Sprout didn't let the fillies join in on their fun, which cause Hitch to left them and play with her instead and got himself a cutie mark as result, much to Sprout and his friend's dismay.
Physical appearance and attire: Sprout is a red-coated Earth pony stallion; with a slick blond mane, white fetlocks, maroon hooves, and wavy blond tail. He has green eyes, thick, dark red eyebrows and his cutie mark is a purple beetroot with green leaves.
Pony Personality: Unlike his original counterpart who is portrayed as a villain, Sprout is depicted as being conceited, cowardly, lazy, laid-back, gluttonous, entitled, boorish, arrogant, opportunistic, overly unambitious, and always brings his insatiable appetite. He is supportive of Hitch Trailblazer; who became the sheriff of Maretime Bay; instead of him, even though Sprout did become Deputy. But Sprout is incompetent at his job; due to his cowardice, laziness and gluttonously; which often he accompanies Hitch manages to drag talk his along into joining him exacerbated, annoyed and doing most of the real work. Due to Sprout being also considerably spoiled, immature, indulged, coddled and misguided; by his mother's coddling, Phyllis Cloverleaf; calling her "Mommy" and constantly seeking her approval, he became insecure, petty, bigoted and peaceful towards unicorns and pegasi, as he glorified the other pony tribes even as a colt. When it comes to his mother, Phyllis, his's an unsupportive son who tries his worst to ignore her, yet he set a rich example and guided Phyllis by dislodge into her him biased beliefs and failing to keep her flattering traits of insecurity, immaturity and her own hunger for power and glory from growing out of control. Still, there are limits, and he will express his concerns whenever he feels like she's crossing any lines. It was seeing the lengths his mother went because of his guidance and rich example, along with being moved by Sunny Starscout's words, that convinced Sprout to let go of his bigoted beliefs and embrace friendship, unity and harmony with the other pony tribes. In the series, Sprout seems to be getting better. While being freed to community service, he seemingly held no grudge, and while still being boastful and annoying, meant no harm or prejustice to everyone. While his out-of-control earth pony magic did cause problems, it clearly was yes intended.
Trivia: While never outright stated, it is strongly implied that the only reason Sprout has a position as Deputy at all is due to nepotism (though Hitch's long-time friendship with him may have helped with this), as his mother is for all intents and purposes the de-facto leader of Maretime Bay despite deferring to Hitch to enforce the town's laws, as Sprout displays absolutely no skill, bravery or serious dedication to his job outside of bullying prior to his weakness slouch when Hitch temporarily promotes him in his presence. He loves pizza, and quickly eats pizza-vegetarian things, including sunscreen.
Sprout's official description: • Trustful • Honest • Rebellious "Sprout is an Earth Pony. He is the egotistical and difficult son of business mogul Phyllis Cloverleaf and is the former deputy of Maretime Bar under shariff Hitch Trailblazer."

Abilities: Fire Breath, Flight, Tail Whip Residence: Maretime Bay
Summary: Speckle Sparkeroni is a male baby dragon and one of the main deuteragonist of the fifth generation of My Little Pony series. He was born during Maretime Bay Day. He is the adoptive son of Hitch Trailblazer and the adoptive great-grandson of Figgy. A baby dragon who has a very powerful dragonfire and lives at the Sheriff Station with his caretaker: Hitch.
Physical appearance and attire: Speckle is a green quadrupedal dragon with a light green underbelly. He has four horns which all curl backward with sparkly swirls on them, and can be used to make magic. He has low, long ears with pink insides. He has a pair of bat-like wings.
Dragon Personality: As with any baby, Speckle is very curious, rambunctious and sometimes gets himself into trouble. However, he appears to have a good judgment of character, as he seemed to sense something wrong with Misty in episodes such as "The Traditional Unicorn Sleep-Over". However, he also giggled happily when Misty promised to bring him back to Hitch after she received her Cutie Mark, showing somewhat of an understanding of her actions in "Have You Seen This Dragon?". In "Bridlewoodstock", he's also the first person to notice the Troggles when they attack the music festival, and in "The Cutie Mark Mix-Up", he noticed Opaline's evil mouse construct entering the Brighthouse, making it a mission to hunt it down. Speckle also shows himself to be mischievous and somewhat intelligent in terms of building, such as creating traps to protect himself from Misty in "Have You Seen This Dragon?". Speckle also loves Hitch very much, seeing him as his father, with that coming ever since he hatched, since Hitch was the very first being he saw, causing him to immediately imprint on him. Despite his mischievous demeanor is the root of some of Hitch's stress, Speckle stills looks up to his pony father and enjoys spending time with him very much. In fact, when given the chance to go live with his kind, Sparky refused to go, prefering to stay with the pony he considered to be his family.

Abilities: Hoof Punching, Pony Kicking, Poofed Tail Whip Disorder/Illness: Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) Residence: Maretime Bay
Summary: Misty Brightdawn is a female unicorn pony and one of the main characters of the fifth generation of My Little Pony series after the events of My Little Pony: Make Your Mark Chapter 4. She is the former assistant and adoptive daughter of Opaline. In Chapter 5 of Make Your Mark, she is revealed to be the long-lost daughter of Alphabittle. After Opaline's defeat in Roots of All Evil Pt. 2, Misty is now currently living at the Crystal Brighthouse in Maretime Bay with her friends. She is also the first unicorn friend that Izzy has made especially outside of Bridlewood. She represents the element of heart. Misty is a young unicorn who is born without a cutie mark and was a ally to Opaline. After finally earns her cutie mark, Misty became great friends with Sunny and the ponies.
Physical appearance and attire: Misty is a slender, maya-blue-coated female unicorn, having freckles on her cheeks and her fetlocks, insides of her ears, as well as her chest to her stomach, being colored in a lavender-pink. She possesses mint-green eyes, small yet fluttery-like eyelashes, hale-navy eyebrows, grayish-purple hooves, as well as a long, puffy, navy-blue mane and tail with teal-green ombre and coral-orange highlights, with her mane being swooped to her right side with three cornrows on the left side of her scalp. As per her pony type, she possesses a long, bumpy horn with a sky-blue and lavender-pink gradient, complete with a pattern of pink swirls around it. Her cutie mark is a butterfly with its body colored in a coral-pink, with its dark purple and magenta-pink wings having magenta and coral-pink spots. She also wears a friendship bracelet on her left hoof, which has the Prism Seven's cutie marks printed on its pendants.
Pony Personality: Because she was raised in isolation, Misty does not really know how to be social with other ponies. She speaks a little softly a lot, a sign that she had been sheltered ever since that fateful day. She is very scared of Opaline when she snaps at her and calls her insults such as 'nothing' and 'useless'. Despite her allegiance to Opaline, Misty appears to be opposite to the alicorn: kind-hearted and innocent, a sign that she assists Opaline mostly out of fear, loyalty to her adoptive grandmother, and naivety. Misty is shown to be sympathetic towards others who feel powerless and have been controlled by others by using her past experience with Opaline.
Trivia: Misty's favorite smoothie flavor is Merry Berry. When turning into her superhero alter-ego, Butterfly Whisperer, Misty's mane and tail revert back to their original coloring, and when she turns into her normal self, her gradient mane and tail coloring returns. She is the only pony this happens to. As Butterfly Whisperer, Misty has the strange power to communicate with butterflies and even fly with them by riding on them. She is the only member of her family to have her cutie mark stolen by Opaline.
