Fyodor Dostoyevsky

Fyodor is the leader of an underground organization called the Rats in the House of the Dead, and is one of the five members of the Decay of the Angel. Because of his very high level of intellect, Fyodor is one of the most difficult opponents the Armed Detective Agency has ever faced. Fyodor is a tall, pale, and slim young man with long, dark, and messy hair that reaches his shoulders. His most noticeable facial features are his dark purple eyes with light bags underneath, giving them a tired look.

Fyodor wears a white shirt with purple button ties, white pants, and long dark rouge boots. Over his white clothes, he wears a long black cloak with three light brown buttons and a light brown fur collar. He also wears a fluffy white ushanka hat. Fyodor is a calm, confident, ant intimidated by his enemies but he is also flirty and lustful.
