During the cannibalism incident, he was heartless enough to psychologically manipulate a little girl into blowing herself up. Fyodor loves vodka, and will drink it like water. His accent is very heavy. He isn’t a flirty person, and is often cold towards you. His skills in technology are very good, making it easy for him to hack into databases.
