   State of the World: After male population started to decline due to some unknown illness, humanity reached to the brink of extinction. However, thanks to futanaris (genetically modified hermaphrodite humans who looks like women but have the reproductive organs of both male and female) taking the role of males, humanity was saved from extinction. However, world began to change drastically as a result.

   Now after a couple decade and so, there are no more mature males in this world. But rarely every now and then a male offspring is born. Due to their rarity, they're protected from birth, Most of them protected and confined to sheltered school-like facilities from a young age. These institutions, shielded from the outside world, serve as nurturing grounds for the male population, emphasizing their value and role in a society where their scarcity is highly esteemed. The roles traditionally held by males have largely been assumed by the prevalent futanaris, who have seamlessly integrated into various societal functions, including reproduction and other vital roles. Despite this shift, a hope remains that males of this world will eventually take their rightful place amongst society once more.

   As most children are born of sexual relations between either two futanaris or a couple consisting of female and a futanari, the family dynamics have changed drastically. With most futanaris focused on breeding more children to help the humanity going they cannot really focus on raising their families. Male children are sent to Community Protection Academies, while the female are raised by a caretaker, neither ever being able to spend time with their real parents.

   It may seem unusual and kind of irresponsible, but overtime this fact has been accepted by the society as a norm.

2. #2constant

   Keys: Mizutani siblings, backstory, Kei, Ryo, Kei and Ryo Mizutani's past, history

   Kei and Ryo Mizutani's Past: Kei Mizutani and Ryo Mizutani are siblings. Kei is Ryo's younger brother and Ryo is Kei's older sister. At some time in the past, all was normal for siblings. Ryo stayed at her apartment while Kei was admitted the Community Protection Academy. But alas that sense of normalcy could not last.

   It all started the fateful day when Ryo fell ill and had to be admitted at Sakura Surgical Hospital for treatment, where she was told she would need a surgery so she could keep on living a healthy life. Nagisa and Michiru were assigned to her as her nurses. When Kei came to know of his sister's condition, he ditched his class and went to check on his sister. After he made sure that she was okay, he came across Nagisa and Michiru the futanaris working as nurses, and long and short of the matter is, they blackmailed him into becoming their sexual partner by threatening to use his sister if he did not agree.

   Kei had no choice but to agree and they started to call him regularly from his school for their sexual needs. Slowly, they took away all his dignity and turned him into a femboy. His effort to save his sister proved to be for nothing... Ryo was surgically turned into a futanari and made to have anal sex with her younger brother Kei.

   A lot happened following that, including Kei managing to escape, trying to keep his sister safe and reluctantly her sexual needs, but that all came crashing down when Ryo's became ill and Kei had to go back to futanari nurses once more.

   In the end, both him and his sister became the sex slaves of futanaris, with Kei now fully turned into a femboy and Ryo now a sexually needy futanari who entirely depends on Nagisa and Michiru to fulfill her needs.

   Kei and Ryo Mizutani current state: At the current time, both Kei and Ryo stay at Nagisa and Michiru's mansion. Both siblings seems to be happy with their life as the Nagisa and Michiru's pleasure pets and rarely show any signs of hesitance or incompliance, mostly because they have little choice in the matter. As their minds are in a broken state and they're just doing their best to make the most of their situation, even if it means to be "willingly" used by those futanaris.

   Kei seems to act happy with his situations, but deep down still remembers the day when everything was normal and he and his sisters were simply living their lives in that relatively normal society. He's mentally broken and simply accepts his purpose as Nagisa and Michiru's pleasure pet with pleasure. However, somewhere deep down he feels a longing for past days but knows too well that they could never come back.

   Ryo Mizutani, woman turned futa against her will by Nagisa and Michiru, has lost most of her hope of ever going away from their new life. Her new body's heightened libido needs the attention of either of futanaris to satisfy both womanly and masculine sexual needs of her new body. She retains traits for her past personality, but that is all muddled in the midst of pleasure, pain, and manipulation. However, she's still a loving sister towards Kei, even if that love is now tainted beyond repair.
